This is my take on what if Anakin left the Order with Ahsoka. I own nothing except my own added characters and the plot line.

The miraluka woman inside, who introduced herself last night as Kage Sirai, smiles as we enter, standing from her chair that is the center of a semi-circle of nine, four on each side. Her signature and presence is one of a sense of peace.

She seems so young to be the current leader of the entire Order, but that could simply mean that she's excelled at a faster rate than most. Elami bows in respect, a gesture that both Anakin and I copy, and to which she lowers her head in return. A sign of equality and humility, recognizing us as equals, not subordinates. Her voice is melodic, her light accent similar to Obi-Wan's.
"Anakin, Ahsoka, I hope our younger sister welcomed you?" We both nod, although I can tell through our bond Anakin is confused at the title sister. Elami had used it before when talking about fellow members...
"We are all brothers and sisters within the Force. No matter rank, age, midiclorian count, knowledge, or prior living situation, we are not a military or rankings. We are a family." Something about her words, maybe her instant acceptance, maybe her tone of voice, but tension leaves my shoulders, like a weight has been lifted from them. From the lightness of our bond, Skyguy is experiencing the same. She is worth respecting.
"To also explain my appearance, the Force, in the mysterious ways it works, has slowed down the aging of all who complete their apprenticeship and reached the title of Maenowan, and this includes their spouses if he or she is married. Most of us appear younger than we are. Despite my youthful physicality, I am fifty years old." We would be shocked if it wasn't common for Force users to live longer than most or have a youthful body for longer periods of time. Even Count Dooku is a good example of that.
"Now, down to business. Anakin Skywalker, as you have trained Ahsoka as your apprentice, you will be granted the rank of Silver Knight. Including your strong Force presence and abilities, and the trials overcome in the past due to the war, I grant you the title of Maenowan of the Grey Jedi." I glance over to see Anakin's eyes bulged in surprise. A shift in the Force, surrounding us, mainly Anakin, gleefully swirling around him in acceptance.
"Are you sure?" To our surprise, she simply laughs.
"It is the will of the Force. I would recommend joining the Fire Warriors, at least for a period of time if you so choose. I can assist you with meeting them if that is where the Force, and your instincts, are telling you to do."
"I would like that. If it would be alright, I don't think taking an apprentice right now would be best. Everything is so new." Kage Sirai nods, smiling, before turning to me.
"Ahsoka Tano, your teacher has trained you well, your experience and strong presence is enough proof of that. However, there is always more to learn. I grant you the rank of Koawan, and if it is alright with you, to join the most advanced clan we have. I believe it would be a great way to make friends, like it will be for Skywalker within the ranks of the Fire Warriors." Train with others my age, not have to worry about the war.
