Background: Xi was created shortly after Omega was, and assigned to Agent Alaska who died in surgery after Xi fried his brain. Ever since, Xi was put into intensive storage for safe keeping for months until he was eventually assigned to Agent Utah. Much to everyones suprise the surgery went well and Utah had no problems afterwards, not even a headache. (That's all you get for backstory, for now that's)
