Taking it all in

"He is so precious," says Nikki as she and Victor look at Christianson sleeping in his crib. "Yes he is, he gets it from me," Victor playfully states. Nikki laughs and they walk out of his room, holding hands. "I can't believe you got a room put together for him so fast," Nikki says genuinely surprised. "I'm Victor Newman." "That you are and I love you," Nikki says as Victor kisses her. "Now how about we turn in for the night, or until Christianson wakes us up," Victor says to Nikki. They kiss once more, then they proceed to the bedroom.  Christianson only woke up once that night, and Victor and Nikki were genuinely surprised when they woke up that morning. It was 6 a.m. , they both walked into Christianson's nursery, finding him awake just laying their making baby noises. Victor picks him up slowly with Nikki saying the occasional, "make sure you hold his head!" Nikki and Victor walked down stairs with Christianson, Victor sat on the couch with him, as Nikki went to the kitchen to make him a bottle. Victor laid back onto the couch, and propped his feet on the coffee table, while slightly elevating his knees up and laid Christian on his thighs. Victor played peek-a-boo to entertain him until Nikki returned with his bottle. When Nikki walked in to see the precious moment between the father and son, she was taken aback. She slowly walked in the room, and stood there for a minute before Victor noticed. "Oh, hi, sweetheart, I didn't hear you come in, just playing with Christianson." "I see that," Nikki said crying and releasing a slight giggle. "Darling, why are you crying? Victor asked. "It's just....I'm just sitting back and taking it all in." "That we have a son, we're back together, and  living at the ranch again," Nikki said "We have this precious life that....that we created together, and I'm so grateful for that." "So am I darling, so am I," Victor replied kissing her then taking Christianson's bottle from her to feed him.
