Nikki is distraught. "How is this happening." "I...h... how could they do this to us, how could they take our son away......they can't do this right." "I will not let them my darling." "I mean what's going on with them... at the hospital they were so excited about our family coming together again. "I tell you I don't know, something tells me it's their resentment from what happened in their childhood. "I think so too... I mean... did we mess up that bad with them?" Nikki says as she begins to slowly pace the room. "What if we mess with Christianson, and he grows up resenting us or what if we don't get a chance to raise him at all, I mean what if Victoria and Nicholas get the judge on their side and they take him away?" "Victor, what are we going to do?" Victor holds Nikki in his arms tightly as she sobs all her pain into his chest.

Victoria and Nicholas run into Abby at the club. "Hey Abby we need your help?" Victoria says hoping to get Abby on their side for the case. "Sure, anything, what's up? "You know how unstable mom and dad's relationship is right?" "Yeah they have had their share of marital problems, why?" Abby replies confused. "We are going to save our little brother from them.. and we need your help."

Victor is holding a freshly awoken Christianson from his nap. He and Nikki have decided to focus on spending quality time with their son, and not become consumed by the lawsuit. They want to take things as they come, and now it is easier to do that since Victor has enlisted the help of Michael Baldwin as their lawyer. Nikki return from making his bottle and takes her place beside Victor. "I can't believe how big he has gotten." "I know he's almost ten and a half pounds," Nikki says surprised. "Victor, he has your nose." "Sorry son," Victor says as he laughs. Nikki turns to him and says, "what are you talking about I love your nose," and kisses it. "Well you might darling, but it's rather big." Nikki laughs. "I've been thinking," Nikki said, while holding Christianson's little hand, "things are never going to be the same after this is over." "We aren't going to get to live the life we had envisioned, or the wedding of our dreams." "No, Victor said, but since when have things ever gone as planned." "I know, but this time it's different, our kids completely detest us." "Well, Christianson doesn't," Victor said hoping to bring a smile to Nikki's face. "You're right, our baby boy just needs us to be his mommy and daddy, he isn't busy picking apart everything we have ever done wrong." "In a perfect world, we wouldn't have any worries." "Well, Victor said, "this is a far from perfect world, but you and Christianson make all the hardships worth it, you two are my heaven on earth." "I love you so much."

"So let me get this right," Abby said, hardly believing what they are saying, "you want me to help you take away Christianson from Dad and Nikki." God, Abby, you make it sound like we are hurting them," Victoria said. "Well, you will be by taking their son away." "That's just it I'm not taking him away from them permanently, I wont even have to take him away at all if they would just split up." "Vick's right," Nicholas said, chiming in. "If we don't act now, that little boy is going to pay the price, just like we all did." "Are you in?" "Yeah, on one condition that all goes over smooth, and no hurt feelings." "Well, we can't promise that, but we can promise that you will be saving your little brother a lot of pain." "Ok, I'm in."

Adam walks into the club. "Well, look who just walked in," Nick said, to Victoria and Abby. "Wait, Nick, he is the perfect person to help us win the case."
