I opened my eyes and admired the scenery in front of me. My eyes went to Stefan who's capturing the picturesque scenery of sundown.

He really loves photography. I haven't seen him not carrying his beloved compact camera every time we are together, not even once.

I continued admiring the sunset. It’s almost impossible to watch a sunset and not dream, indeed. I remembered watching it with someone special in the... Lakeshore.
That moment was one of the happiest days in my life, I felt happy, free, and special.

"Stop it, Stefan." I covered my face with my right hand when he tried to take  a picture of me.

I looked at my wristwatch to check the time. It's almost 5 in the evening, Switzerland time.

"Stefan," I called him and he looked at me sideways. "I need to go back home, baka naroon na si Ate Alina." He clicked his compact camera for the last time before he went beside me.

"Let's go then."

It's already fall season here in Switzerland.

I combed my hair first using my hand before opening the door using my key but my forehead creased when the door was not locked. I'm pretty sure I locked it when I left the unit.

"Maybe Ate Alina is already here," I whispered and entered the unit.

My nose scrunched when I smelled Adobo. Tama nga ako, Ate Alina's already here.

I removed my sweater and bag and placed it on the sofa. I excitedly went to the dining room and I was too stunned when I saw Kuya Noah.

You did not miss me, huh?"

I hugged him back tightly. "Of course I miss you so much, Kuya!" I said and got teary eyed.

He messed my hair and kissed my head bago siya kumalas sa aming yakap.

I saw Ate Alina went out of their room holding a champagne. She smiled widely when she noticed me. Tumakbo ako upang yakapin siya.

"Gosh, Ate! I miss you!"

"Me too, Twy!"

"Tsk! Favoritism. Parang hindi kapatid." Pagpaparinig ni Kuya Noah kaya humalakhak kami ni Ate Alina.

"Napaka seloso mo!"

We ate together and they shared the happenings in the Philippines. They also showed me some pictures of my family. How I miss the so much.

If only my Dad and my Grandparents respected my decision, hindi ako mapupunta sa kalagayan na ito. If only they love and appreciate their Grandchildren, hindi ako mahihiwalay sa pamilya ko. And if only they didn't tried to set me up in that fixed marriage, malaya ako at hindi nagtatago mula sa kanila.
