A few weeks had passed and Chris had convinced Ava to go to New York with him for a couple of days seeing as it was Christmas time.

The little break was also a chance for Ava to be back home. Well, now her home was in LA with Chris but she would always have a place for New York in her heart.

Ava and Chris sit in a little coffee shop just off Time Square. Chris wore his cap and a hoody under his jacket to try and keep warm, the cap was mainly in hopes it would draw attention away from him.

Ava had been dealing with a lot of anxiety since E! published that Chris had a new girlfriend and the couple were working through it together.

Stepping into the December breeze, Ava's fingers lock with Chris' as they wandering around New York occasionally stopping to take a selfie with iconic landmarks.

"Stand there and i'll take your picture..." Chris points to a billboard infront of Time Square.

Ava poses for the picture being her goofy self earning a hearty laugh from Chris.

Ava stands taking some photos noticing that Chris is stood talking to a couple who have their back to you, most likely a fan who recognised him.

Ava finishes taking the photos and heads back to Chris, her heart drops when she realises who he was talking to.

Sebastian is stood in a jumper and long trench coat with a brunette clung to his arm, he softly smiles before freeing himself from his companion and pulling Ava into a hug.

Ava's pov

The wind in my chest feels like it's been kicked out of me as my eyes land on Sebastian stood across from Chris.

We hadn't spoke since the after party and he hadn't been replying to my text messages either.

Before I had the chance to say anything Sebastian pulls me into a hug.

As he pulls away I give a friendly smile towards him and the brunette.

"Ava, this is Indi my girlfriend. Indi, this is Ava..."

I give her a friendly hug but can't help noticing how she can't take her eyes off Chris. Her eyes drag up the muscula frame stood beside me as I step into Chris a little and he wraps his arm around my waist.

"Seb, you haven't replied to my texts?"

The brunette frowns at the thought of us texting"

"I got a new phone, I thought I texted you the number sorry. Chris has the number he'll give you it"

I nod in agreement.

"Was good to see you both. If we don't see you again before, have great Christmas" Chris says as we begin to walk away.

I lock my fingers with Chris' as we make our way through the crowds in Time Square.

I stop dead in my tracks and look up.

"Ava? What's wrong?"

"It's snowing... this is the first time i've seen it snow in New York". Tears stream down my face, my heart feeling full from being stood in the middle of Time Square in the winter whilst it snows with the love of my life.

Chris pulls me closer and I look at him.

"Merry Christmas Ava, I love you..."

"I love you too Chris"

My heart flutters at Chris words, this was the first time we had told each other that and I truely meant every word of it. I love Chris and he's changed my world in just a couple of weeks.
