Emison: From the Beginning

Chapter 29: Ali's in Love!

It's early Sunday morning at the DiLaurentis house and Alison is just waking up. She goes in the bathroom, washes her face, brushes her teeth and goes back into her room. She searches her bed for her phone and calls Emily. The phone rings. Emily picks up.

Emily: Hello?

Emily yawns through the phone.

Alison: Good morning!

Emily: Good morning!

Alison: Did I wake you?

Emily: Yeah but I needed to get up anyway. How's Jason?

Alison: I don't know. I haven't been downstairs yet.

Emily: So, what are you doing today?

Alison: I don't know. You wanna hang out today?

Emily: Yeah. We need some alone time.

Alison: Okay, how about we go on a date.

Emily: Where?

Alison: I'll let you choose that. I don't know my way around here, remember?

Emily: Right. Okay, I'll surprise you then!

Alison: Ooh, I like surprises! What time should I be ready?

Emily: One o'clock?

Alison: Yeah!

Emily: Okay then! Bye, i'll call you later.

Alison: See you later!

Alison kisses Emily through the phone and she kisses her back. Alison goes downstairs to check on her brother. She sees Jason laying on the couch watching TV. Mrs. D is in the kitchen cooking breakfast and Mr. D is sitting at the kitchen table and reading the Philadelphia Sentinel.

Alison: Good morning!

Mrs. D: Good morning honey!

Mr. D: Good morning Als.

Alison walks over to Jason.

Alison: You alright?

Jason: Yeah. It actually doesn't hurt. Does it look bad?

Alison scans Jason's lip.

Alison: It doesn't look too bad.

Jason: I feel like you're lying.

Jason looks at Alison with a skeptical look. She starts smiling.

Alison: I'm not!

Jason: Then why are you smiling?

Alison: Because you're looking at me funny!

Jason grabs Alison and hugs her tight.

Jason: You're such an idiot!

Mrs. D: Breakfast is done!

Jason and Alison walk into the kitchen and sit at the table. Mrs. D hands them a plate of food and then sits down at the table with hers and Mr. D's food in her hand. She sits Mr. D's food in front of him.

Mrs. D: Are you sure you can eat, honey?

Jason: Yes mom. I'm really hungry. All I ate for dinner was popcorn. Lots of bacon, please!

They all laugh.

Alison: So you're still going back to Georgia today?

Alison takes a bit of her eggs.
