Chapter 23: We're related!

It's 12:32 and Jason, Spencer, Alison and Melissa are in the living room of the Hastings house.

Jason: So I have two more sisters. This should be fun.

Spencer: Melissa isn't that bad, she's nice. Sometimes.

Spencer and Ali start giggling.

Melissa: Rude.

Jason: I see you two get along.

Alison: We became friends on my second day of school.

Spencer: And then I invited her to my sleepover.

A few seconds pass.

Melissa: What college did you go to?

Jason: I went to Wharton School of Business and then I transferred to University of Georgia a few years ago. I graduate in the fall.

Melissa: How come you're still in college?

Jason: I didn't think College was for me. I just wasn't mentally prepared for it. I did a lot of studying on my own and then I decided to go to college.

Spencer: At least you went back to school. What do you study?

Jason: My major is Economics.

Melissa: That's what I studied at UPenn!

Jason: You went to UPenn? I'm surprised we've never crossed paths.

Melissa: That is something, huh.

Jason: You're both almost seventeen and you go to college next year, any thoughts on where you wanna go for college?

Spencer: I was thinking about UPenn or Princeton. Those are my top two choices.

Jason: You got the grades?

Spencer: Of course!

Melissa: What about you, Ali?

Alison: I don't know. I haven't really thought about it that much.

Jason: As long as you don't wait until it's too late, you'll be fine.

Spencer: Eww, I just realized something.

Melissa: What?

Alison: Oh my god, eww. (She said as if she read Spencer's mind)

Spencer: We almost...

Alison: Eww!

Jason: Almost what?

Melissa: Ohhh...

Jason: Somebody wanna fill me in?

Alison: We almost... I can't even say it.

Spencer: We almost kissed.

Jason: What?

Jason's eyes widened.

Spencer: We were playing spin the bottle with Jenna and Melissa.

Alison: Good thing we didn't kiss.

Spencer: Oh my god!

Spencer buries her head in her palms.

Alison: What?

Spencer: I said my brother was hot. I'm going to hell

Jason starts giggling.

Jason: Well this isn't awkward at all!
