Emison: From the Beginning

Chapter 10: Real Housemoms of Rosewood

It's 4:03pm and Alison is done packing. She walks downstairs behind her mother with her suitcase. She texts Emily and lets her know they're ready to leave.

Alison: Wait, where are you going?

Mrs. D: I'm going over to Veronica Hastings' house. All the moms are meeting up there so I'll just walk with you to your friends house on my way.

Alison: Ohh, okay.

Alison gets a text from Emily saying she's outside. Alison and her mother walk out of the door with their suitcases. They see Emily and her mother about to cross the street.

Emily: Hey Ali!

Alison: Hey Emily!

Mrs. D: Hello Emily! Hello Pam!

Mrs. D gives both of them a hug.

Mrs. Fields: Hello Jessica. And you must be Alison!

Alison: Nice to meet you, Mrs. Fields!

Mrs. Fields hugs Alison. They all proceed to walk down the street. Mrs. D and Mrs. Fields are walking behind their daughters.

Alison: My mom knows about our kiss.

Emily: What?

Alison: She told me that she saw us kissing.

Emily: What did she say?

Alison: She said she saw us kissing. And that she doesn't care who I kiss.

Emily: Do you think she'd say something to my mom?

Alison: She wouldn't do that. Why? Does your mom not know?

Emily: She knows that I like girls, even though I've never dated one. I just don't want things between them to be awkward. They have to spend a weekend together!

Alison: What did your mom say when you first told her you liked girls?

Emily: She said that she doesn't understand a lot of things but she would try to and she still loves me no matter who I'm with because I'll always be her little girl.

Alison: Do you believe her?

Emily: For the most part, yes.

They stop in front of Spencer's house.

Mrs. D: This is where the moms are meeting. I didn't know you knew Veronica Hastings' daughter, Ali.

Alison: I don't.

Emily looks at Alison with a surprised look on her face.

Emily: Yeah, ya do. This is Spencer's house.

Alison: Ohhh yeah. She did say three doors down from mine.

Mrs. D: I'm going to the spa resort with her mother Veronica.

Alison: I didn't know that her last name was Hastings.

They walk up the walkway and Alison knocks on the door. Mrs. Hastings opens up the door.

Mrs. Hastings: Hey everybody! Come on in! Girls, take your bags into the family room. Moms, you can put your bags in the kitchen!

Mrs. D and Mrs. Fields walk into the kitchen. Emily leads Alison into the Hastings family room where they see Spencer watching TV. They both give Spencer a hug.

Alison: I didn't know your last name was Hastings.

Spencer: Really?

Alison: I never heard anyone say it!
