Chapter 7

***Mackenzie's POV.***

"Beep beep beep beep" my alarm rang. It was about 8:00 a.m and I am so tired. Emily and Harry are the ones that should be tired, they came back a long time after we got back. Harry had to actually carry Emily in because she was so tired. I got up and got dressed. I decided to let Emily sleep and I got all the girls up.

"Rise and shine ladies!" I said with a soft voice. They got dressed and their teeth brushes and we headed out. We went to the dining hall to hear a couple morning announcements. I tarted zoning out until the camp manager started saying something interesting.

"And next Monday is the cabin talent show!!" He said trying to sound enthusiastic.

Oh man!! I'm so happy we are doing a talent show!! What will we do? And we only have until next monday!! I need to tell Emily!

***Emily's POV.***

Last night was so fun!! Harry was so sweet. He is so protective but nice and fun too. I just woke up and nobody is here. I guess they wanted to let me sleep. Fine by me! I got out of bed to get dressed and ready. As soon as I got out of the bathroom Mackenzie came storming in.

"Emily... Talent... Show... Next... Monday." Mackenzie gasped in between breathes.

"Really?! That's so great! We should do something with our cabin!" I said excitedly.

"Ya!! But what should we do?" She asked.

"I don't know but we have to win 1st place.I said.

"We know the boys will try to beat us so we have to come up with something brilliant." Mac said.

"Let's get the girls in here and see what they want to do." I said. We got all the girls on one of the picnic tables and asked them what they wanted to do.

"So girls, the talent show is next monday so lets hear some ideas for what to do!" I said. All of the girls raised their hands.

"Yes Courtney?" Mackenzie asked.

"Um can we put on a play?" She asked.

"We'll keep that as in option!" I said reassuringly. I truly didn't like that idea. I'm a horrible actress.

"Any other ideas?'' I asked. There were a couple more hands left.

"What do you want to do Parker?" Mackenzie asked.

"I want to do a puppet show!!" She exclaimed.

"Lets keep that one in mind." Mackenzie said positively. Then I called on Jennifer, Courtney's twin sister.

"What do you want do to for the talent show?" I asked her.

"Can we do a singing concert?" She asked.

"You know, that actually sounds like a great idea!" I said.

"Ya I like it too!" Mac said.

"Ok ladies raise your hand if you want to song on the talent show!" I said. Everyone raised their hand.

"Ok! I think we have our talent for the talent show!" Mackenzie said.

"Yay!" All the girls said simultaneously.

"Now if we can learn a song just as fast as we learned to play soccer then we will definitely win!" Mac said.

"So lets start practicing!!" I yelled.

***Liam's POV.***

"Ok boys, we have to think of something that will definitely beat the girls!" Harry said to the boys.

"Yes! We have to get revenge on them for beating us in the soccer game!" I said in agreement just wanting to beat Mackenzie finally. She totally embarrassed me. I have to get her back, but in a friendly way since I really like her.

"Lets do a play!"

"Lets dance!"

"Lets do a puppet show!"

"Lets sing!"

I heard crazy ideas from all over in a very unorganized fashion.

"HEY!!" I yelled over the noise getting everyone's attention. "Lets discuss this in a more organized way!" I suggested to all the little boys looking up at me.

"Yes!" Harry agreed. "Raise your hand to be called on, please."

Seven hands immediately popped up. I called on the boy named Wyatt.

"I think we should do a play...about pirates!! ARGHHH!!" He said as he made a hook with his finger.

"We can think about it!" I said trying to act excited, but we were definitely not doing that!

Harry then called on Jack. "Lets dance!" He said happily.

"Ummm another idea!" I said once again hating the idea. I then called on Troy hoping he would come up with a good idea.

"I think we should rap!" He said confidently. "That would be so swag!"

"I like that idea!" I said finally liking an idea.

"Me too!" Harry exclaimed. "What do you boys want to do?"

"Rap!!!" They all cheered.

"Well, we better get started!" I said as I led them outside to practice.
