*Gabby's POV*
"Happy birthday!" Andrea screamed busting through my bedroom door and jumping right on top of me. I groaned before wrapping my arms around the girl in a hug but didn't get off the bed.
"We just gonna cuddle all day?" She joked with a chuckle and I just nodded my head, not having any energy to get up. I ended up staying up until midnight with my dad who insisted on being the first one to say happy birthday.
"Come on, get up. We're skipping today. Antonio and Oscar are gonna take us to the mall!" She said excitedly pulling the blankets off me.
"Andy, can I just sleep a little more?" I begged with a whine. "Nope!" She said popping the P and grabbing me by my ankle and dragging me off the bed.
"Okay, fine but I have to shower." I said finally dragging myself off the bed.
I quickly showered and changed into a pair of black high waisted ripped skinny jeans and a white cropped tank top. Today I was feeling white since it's always made me look tan and well it's my birthday so I'll do what I want.
Stepping out of the bathroom Andrea looked at me with wide eyes. "You own something other than black?" She asked and I chuckled while nodding and pulled my hair out of the towel and started to run a brush through it.
"Hurry, Spooky and Antonio are waiting for us. It's already 10, can't sleep your whole birthday away." She joked and I grabbed my phone and wallet. When we stepped out to the living room I smiled at my dad who stood at the counter counting money.
"Happy birthday, Mija." He smiled excitedly handing me a small bag.
"You didn't have to get me a gift, I have everything I could have ever wanted right here." I smiled glancing between Andy and my dad. "Just open it." He smiled.
Pulling the bag open I grabbed the small box out before pulling the top off the box. A small diamond cross necklace sat inside. "Turn it over." He smiled and when I did I smiled.
'Lil Diabla' was engraved in the back of it.
"This is beautiful." I said taking it out of the box and admiring it some more. "Here." Andy said holding her hand out and taking the necklace before standing behind me and slipping it around my neck and latching it.
"I love it, so much. Thank you." I said hugging my dad tightly. "I transferred some money into your account today too so you could buy some stuff at the mall." He said smiling and I rolled my eyes "you did-" I started to say but he cut me off. "I know, I wanted to. Have fun today and I'll see you later. Spooky is going to drop you off at the restaurant later since I guess Andrea has a big day planned for you guys." I glanced over at Andy who had a giant smile then dragged me towards the front door.
"I love you girls, have a good day!" He yelled. "Love you too!" We yelled in unison immediately making both of us bust into laughter.
Stepping across the street, Antonio and Spooky where leaning against the car annoyed.
"You said she was up and already ready." Antonio glared making me crack a smile.
"It's my birthday, why the hell would I be awake before noon. I planned to sleep and get high all day." I said climbing into the back seat with Andy.
"How can you sleep and get high? You have some sort of super power you not tellin us 'bout." Spooky joked making me chuckled. "Shut up, you know what I meant." I said rolling my eyes at him. He glared at me for a second before staring forward and driving down the street.
"Okay, first you're taking us to get our nails done." She said handing Spooky her phone with the address.
They both groaned but agreed. They took us to the nail salon, they complained the entire time but ultimately joked around about girly things. I even watched Antonio put a nail polish close to his eyes and asked Spooky if it complimented his eye color.
Spooky came my way as I was looking at the different colors, trying to decide between a really dark purple or black.
"You should get this." He said placing a bright red bottle in front of me.
"Have you met me? Black or purple?" I asked holding them up to him and he squinted his eyes. "Ah, this. Those are both black." He said grabbing the two colors from my hands and placing the red one in my now empty palm.
I huffed, "fine. But I have to find something red to wear now." I said walking away from him and sitting next to Andy.
"What did you pick?" She asked looking at the bottle than raised and eyebrow at me. "Red? Are you color blind?" She asked and I shook my head.
"Spooky made me pick it." I shrugged and she looked at me wide eyed. "What's going on between you two?" She asked and I shook my head. "Nothing, why?" I asked and she just shook her head.
"Alright, you're all set." The lady smiled at me and I thanked her, examining the short nails. I couldn't stand long ass acrylics. If I wanted to be handicap for two weeks I would slam my hand in a door or something.
"How much?" I asked and she shook her head. "It's been taken care of." She smiled and I raised an eyebrow, "taken care of?" I questioned and she nodded.
"Your boyfriend paid for it." She smiled pointing over to Spooky who sat forward on the chair scrolling through his phone.
"Oh, he's not-" shaking my head I gave up, this lady doesn't care. I just sent her a smiled before walking back over to Spooky and Antonio while we waiting for Andy to get finished.
"Thank you, for paying for them." I said taking a seat next to Spooky. "You're welcome, Hermosa. Figured I would incase you hated the color." He chuckled. This whole time I've known him, he hardly did that and lord let me tell you.
I held my hand up, examining the red nails with a small smile. I glanced up at Spooky who was looking at them as well then looked to me with a small smirk.
"I actually like the red." I nodded making him smiled. "They looked good." He nodded then we turned to Andy who had just got done and she held her hand out to me.
"Ah, Spooky, thanks for paying." She slightly smiled as we all got up to leave. He only nodded at her before opening the door and allowing us to walk in front of them.
"Okay, now the mall!" Andrea smiled while climbing into the back seat. I went to sit in the back but Antonio beat me to it, sliding in beside his sister and pulling the seat back so I could sit in the passenger seat. I rolled my eyes but got in.
