You can morph between human and Night Fury. However, you and your family have been forced out by a nasty electrifying dragon. The Skrill. Will Shuri help you or see you both as a threat and force you out?
A/N - This is a crossover of Wakanda Forever and How to Train Your Dragon bare that in mind. As for requests, I am slowly making my way through them, but I need time and I am not doing them in any particular order, but they will all get done and uploaded as soon as they're complete.
I woke in an unusual place. The walls were sterile like a hospital, but it was more like a lab. That's when I realised that's exactly where I am and hoped some vile scientists hadn't taken me in for experimenting on. My eyes glowed a neon blue and waited to launch a plasma blast at whoever dared tried to stick any needles in me or whatever they use to experiment with. But I was greeted with a group of women all wearing red. It must be some kind of uniform to symbolise where they come from. At least these people probably have the option of going home. But that's beside the point right now.
I watched the strange women pointing a spear at me. In response, I got a plasma blast ready from the palm of my hands and waited for them to attack first. "Whoa. What is going on here?" Another voice spoke. Was she a human? She looked like some kind of wild cat. "Panther. We found this intruder just on the edge of our borders. Only when we found her, she wasn't human. She's some kind of monster." Oh. They think I'm a threat? Maybe it's time to clear up what I am to them and maybe they'll let me go. They don't seem like hunters.
"I'm a Night Fury in my dragon form." Is all I said to them. "I've never heard of such a creature." The woman they called Panther said. "We have various names. One of the most famous ones being the unholy offspring of lightning and death itself." "I can see why. Your dragon form is vicious." One of the bald headed women wearing red stated. Well, they're all bald, I'll be more specific. The one that seemed to be in charge of these women. "Only when I need to be." I told her. "You better watch your tongue because if you threaten us, you threaten all of Wakanda." "Okoye enough." The Panther woman said to the leader of the women. Okoye is her name.
"All I meant was that I didn't know if you were a threat to me. Humans have tried to be rid of my kind for centuries." I said to them. "So, how is it you ended up here?" Panther asked me. "I was being chased by another dragon. One who forced me and my family to flee because he wanted our territory to himself." "Sounds like an ass hole." Okoye spoke. "Yep, he is. And it won't be long before he arrives here. Your forcefield doesn't seem to affect us dragons." "How will we know when he gets here?" The panther woman questioned. I was about to ask when lightning suddenly lit up the entire sky. I pointed at the sky and said, "That's how." "What type of dragon exactly is he?" Okoye asked me. "A Skrill."
We all stared at the lightning. Luckily, it hadn't reached the Wakandan city yet since nothing was on fire but that could soon change. Unless I head straight up and fight him head on. But I'm going to need help. Without any warning to the others, I morph back into a Night Fury and grab the panther woman and force her on my back and fly up towards the lightning. Of course, I ignore the cries of detest from the other women.
"Alright, you dragged me up here. I assume you have a plan." The panther woman said to me. I roared trying to tell her I did have a plan. We needed to submerge the Skrill in water and keep him there so he can't fire any electricity. Only problem was... the Skrill was nowhere to be seen. It was just lots of lightning. I sent a few plasma blasts into any direction I could think of until I was on my last blast. That's the thing with Night Furies, we have a six-limit shot.
The lightning suddenly came to a halt. I grew worried at that point. "Holy shit." The panther women spoke. I flapped my wings to turn around and low and behold... there he was. The Skrill. Once I had his attention, I flew towards the nearest and largest body of water which just so happened to be the ocean. A perfect stop off for this guy. It also helped that the woman on my back seemed to get the hint of what I was trying to do.
We headed down to the ocean and the Skrill followed us which is what I was counted on. But this is the part I dragged the panther woman for. I didn't time it right to blast him in the water so maybe she'll have a better idea and will spin me over to blast him. Just as soon as I thought that the panther woman does exactly that and I am able to blast the Skrill into the water. Thankfully, he falls in. My next concern was keeping him in the water, but Okoye seemed to have that under control as her and the group of women managed to put it into a cage. Finally, the Skrill has been captured. I can bring my family back home.
Once the Skrill was secure, the panther woman dismounted off my back and I morphed back into a human. "Thanks. I probably been clearer with what I was planning. At least with this guy secure and in water, he won't be a problem for anyone. And I can find my family and get them back home." I said to the panther woman and Okoye. The panther woman takes off her mask and holt shit was she beautiful. "You know, we could get the Skrill back to where it came from and maybe you and your family could stay here where you'd be safe." "Shuri, are you sure that's a good idea?" Okoye asked. So, Shuri is her real name. "I'm sure. She's definitely one of the good ones. You gotta name?" "Y/n. my names y/n. And if it's not a problem, I could bring them here." "Y/n, as queen of Wakanda I'm giving permission for you and your family to live among us."
