You have the power to control ice and snow. You meet Shuri and the rest is history.
A/N - This whole one shot is based on Shuri's POV. Not proofread just like anything I upload on Wattpad. Also, I'm still sick with the flu. Every time I think it's going away it comes back even worse. Anyways, here's something to make up for the fact I've not really uploaded anything for like a week.
Shuri's POV:
Things have been strange in Wakanda lately. Reports have been flooding in of mysterious snow and ice patches appearing in random spots over the country. It's impossible because one it is summer and secondly, we only ever get snow in the Jabari land and that's only because they live up in the mountains. There is only one possible explanation. Maybe two actually. Either there is some strange phenomenon in the weather, or there is someone who has ice powers and they've been hiding in Wakanda. This wouldn't make sense because if anyone snuck in, they would have been picked up by defence. So, I'm going to go down the spots where this random snow and ice has appeared and investigate it for myself.
I headed down to the day I sat by the ocean with my mother when she burned the robe. I haven't been there since that day when Namor threatened us. But this is the first spot this strange occurrence began and keeps occurring the most. And when I arrived at this spot, a flash of white sped from the corner of my eyes. Something inside me knew this thing was the cause of the random phenomenon happening in Wakanda so I follow it. Though the result of my search was not something I could have ever suspected but it does actually make sense.
After following a trail of ice, I noticed it ended right in the middle of nowhere. But what shocked me was that where the ice had stopped, there was a woman. She is definitely not of Wakanda. Luckily, I'm wearing the Black Panther suit and immediately get into a defensive position. "Who are you? What is your business with Wakanda?" I question the woman knowing it was her wielding the ice. "I'm not looking for trouble. I've been on the run my whole life because people fear my powers. I've been trying to find somewhere that'll take me in and help me get them under control. If left unchecked, an eternal winter might be set off on the whole world." "Well, I am sure I can help with that. I'm still learning to control the Black Panther. We can learn together." I tell her but I add in a warning too. "But know this ice wielder... if this is just an act and you betray Wakanda in any way, I will end you myself."
That was five years ago though.

Now, we both control our powers pretty well and have become the unstoppable team. Some Wakandan's even call us the frozen panther duo. But that's not all.
"Hey Shuri." Y/n's voice sounds making me smile. I turn away from my lab work and hug her and kiss her. "And what brings my girl into what you call hell?" She calls it that because she doesn't understand the complex stuff that goes on down here like all the equations for building inventions. She means it jokingly though. "Well love, it has been highly requested that we have a snow day in Wakanda." I raise my eyebrow. Was not expecting this but I should have seen it coming.
"A snow day?" I ask y/n. "Yeah. A lot of the Wakandans keep asking me and Okoye but we keep telling them we should probably see what you think first." I do take a moment to ponder the idea of a snow day in Wakanda. "Well, you do control your powers well enough to not cause an eternal winter. So, I can't see the harm in a snow day I suppose. Might even boost morale after the whole war with Namor." She squeals with excitement and kisses me. "I'll go help get set up then!" And just like that, she runs out of the lab. Well, I might as well join her instead of being cooped up in the lab all the time. I know it's what mother would prefer I do.

The snow day was very successful since we don't ever get snow in Wakanda. Not unless you go deep into the mountains. Everyone had fun with either snowball fights, sledding, building snowmen, you name it. And when the end of the day came, y/n managed to remove the temporary winter using her powers and everyone went home after that to warm up after a fun day.
Me and y/n spent the rest of the evening in the in our bedroom. We even had dinner in here which was a nice warm soup. Then spent the rest of our time just talking or watching movies. Needless to say, I'm definitely glad I didn't spend the day in my lab which I rarely say. We decided to watch (favourite movie) but y/n fell asleep with her face nuzzled into my neck. A perfect way to end a great day.
