He smiled so wide, then cried as he held me close him and thanked God for his life.
" momma is gonna be so happy-" that made him cry more as 40 came over to congratulate us and kissed my cheek.
" are you happy about it Ly?"  He was so happy, eyes wide as he stroked my still flat stomach.
" yeah... I'm nervous,.. and thanks Noah,-"
" congratulations lylee, your gonna be a great momma-" Aubrey treated me like a princess from that day forward, not letting anything irritating or troublesome stay around too long, and was excited about it all. We told Adonis first, just the three of us in bed wearing matching silk Pajamas. He posted a picture of Adonis patting my belly as I smiled and he did too and captioned it " more life", it didn't take long for rumours of pregnancy to surface.

We planned to fly our my family and close friends out to stay with us for the weekend, and we even cooked with a little assistance from our chef Sean. I overheard my fiancée on the phone with his dad, clearly bumping heads about something that meant nothing again.
" it's just a get together, and since you missed the proposal I thought you would want to come-"
" son... I want you to know I love you but, you don't even really know this girl-"
" dad! Don't-" he left the room so I couldn't hear him on purpose, I just thought he was about to get real mad.
" I saw the TMZ documentary and... she seems a little all over the place-"
" look... you haven't even met her yet... and i wouldn't make a thot my wife -"
" I trust you son, it's your judgement to call"
" Shes my best friend, honestly. I just, I want you to respect my girl, she's a good woman and I'm lucky to have her in my life. I want to be a good husband"
" so you really do want to get married"
" i want to start a family, and be there to see our kids grow, I want her to be my future so, yeah"

" More than anything... she's my about to be my baby's momma and wife-"
" would you say the same if she wasn't pregnant"
" yes., i should of married this girl months ago... I been playing and I won't lose her again"
My assistant and I spent the day before getting every thing ready, the dining room was the main feature with our long dining table set for all 30 of us. Each seat had a name tag, and we were gifting departure gift bags of photos of the night in addition to gift cards and our first scan of the new edition to our family.
Aubrey told the family we were running late, so I could make the surprise entrance featuring my bump - as I was really in the basement suite getting ready. Aubrey went upstairs a couple of minutes before me, kissing people and shaking hands.

I was wearing a white balenciaga Angel gown, that revealed my bump and curves.
" sorry were late everyone-"
Everyone was surprised and my dad laughed
" I knew it! Congratulations baby girl... I guess we're moving the wedding up-"
" the wedding is in 2 months -" I smiled and sat down fo eat, already crunching on a fried dumpling smothered in pepper sauce.
" you shouldn't eat spicy food Ly-" Aubrey was my G Y N , clearly, and always kept me healthy and active.
" Lyleeana could never wait to eat, that's why yuh batty wide!" My Grandmother's sense of humour was one of a kind, fast and  furious.
" I'm eating for two now... and my baby is hungry-" he laughed as did the family as he stoked my back and smiled at me.
" so... are you hoping for a boy or girl-"
" I want a girl... So bad-"
" I don't mind... I would like a girl though-"
" I think you'll have a boy first-" Aubreys mother was friendly with my mum, sat besides her as they were both drinking their wine and discuss,
" really, I do too-" my mum agreed as we all went back and fourth on the gender and the due date of our first child together.
" so, was this the reason for the proposal..."
His dad was serious but funny, and wanted to know if this was real love or lust on steroid. He and his son bumped heads a lot, and he questioned Aubrey about his ability to be faithful as he knew the struggle himself.
" no... I wanted to propose for some time but waited for the album to drop first... we just found out she's pregnant-"
" so you want to spent the rest of your life a husband-"
" yes!"
" sounds like a soul tie to me" he made jokes only he understood at times, Aubrey not finding nothing funny as the room was silent and awkward as he asked his dad for a moment in the kitchen. A couple of minutes later he called me over to the conversation.
" Lylee, I am sorry if I made you feel-"
" no... apologise properly"
" Lylee, my son loves you and I am sorry for hurting your feelings. It was wrong, I don't know you enough to say anything but I look forward to getting to know you, and meeting my grand baby"
" me too... and it's okay, I know the media and my mistakes are a lot to handle... but, I love Aubrey, and Adonis... I want us to just enjoy our time as a family"
