Outside, Scott looks from a terrified Allison, to a terrified Chris. Sage growls again and holds his hand, his body was trying to shift. "Sage."
Chris looks at his daughter and mouths "Move." while honking his horn. Scott leaps over a bus and disappears.
Sage doesn't even look to the side because he doesn't want to face the reality of losing another friend. He meets Chris's gaze.
"This is your fault." He says.

Scott and Sage run through the preserve, they both fall to the ground and scream. Sage keeps screaming though, he's trying not to fully shift.
"Damn it!"

In the animal clinic, Scott and Sage sit next to each other, leaning against a brick wall.
"Hey, timebomb."
Sage looks up at the doorway and sees Elvira.
"Vira?"
She smiles sadly. "C'mon, we're taking you home."
When Sage furrowed his eyebrows, she sighed.
"Calliope's outside." She says. "I-"
Scott wipes away the tears on his face. "It's okay."
"You sure?"
"Yeah, I want to be alone right now."
"Scott-"
"Go, please."
Nodding, Sage follows Elvira out of the clinic.

Underneath the Hale house, Derek and Dahlia raise their heads. "The hell..is that Scott?"
"Yes." Derek breathes. "Howl back."
"Me?"
"You're the loudest and I don't have much energy right now."
With all of her energy, Dahlia howls back. After, she breathes in deeply, trying to catch her breath.
A few minutes later, a bald man enters the room. He turns on a lamp and aims it at the two Hales.
"Ready to have some more fun?" He asks. "To be honest, my knuckles are kind of hurting. So, I brought some help, but I need to warn ya, I used to play in college." The man swings the bat, but Dahlia quickly catches it.
"We brought a little help too."
The man looks over his shoulder and sees Scott. While he was distracted, Dahlia punches him, knocking him to the floor. She frees Derek's arms and he rips the shock wires that were taped to his torso off. "Scott, help me with this." He says.
"No."
"What?"
"Not until you tell me how to stop Peter."
Dahlia scowls. "You really wanna talk about this right now?" She asks. "He's going after Allison."
"So?"
"And her family."
Dahlia rolls her eyes.
"Again. So? Why should I care?"
Scott makes a noise out of frustration.
"Do you not care about Argent at all? Your brother's going to kill him!"
