At the Martin Household, Elvira watches Lydia jolt awake with tears down her face.
"Leave me alone." She whimpers weakly. Elvira, shapeshifted into her father, speaks up as she lies next to the older girl. "Unfortunately, I can't." She says, perfectly imitating Peter. "At least not yet." She adds which causes Lydia to close her eyes tightly. "Are you real?" The teen asks in a whisper. Elvira sits up and leans closer to her.
"Interestingly..that question can also be answered not yet," momentarily pausing, Elvira looks at the crying strawberry blonde, "I promise everything's going to get back to normal, Lydia. All you have to do," she pauses again and holds a clawed hand to Lydia's face, stroking her cheek, "is every single thing that I ask." With that, Elvira digs her claws into the girls face which causes her to yelp.
Since the younger girl is a shapeshifter, Lydia believes that she's looking and talking to Peter Hale. Elvira stands. "Follow me." She says.
The two make their way downstairs. "Timing is key here, Lydia. It all needs to happen by the next full moon." She states, helping the girl with the last step. "Do you know what they call the full moon in March?" Elvira asks as they step into Lydia's kitchen. "It's called the worm moon." The shifter says, ignoring the panicked noises of the teenager as she sees illusionary worms on her feet. "They call it that because it's the last full moon of winter, and the worms would literally crawl out of the earth as it thawed." Quickly changed her appearance, Elvira turns to look at Lydia, now causing her to see Peter briefly caked in soil, worms, and dirt. "Kinda has the feel of a rebirth, doesn't it?" She asks softly.
Arm in arm, the two continue walking through Lydia's house. "But the next full moon is on Wednesday. That's my birthday." The teen said quietly. Elvira inhales sharply before exhaling, already tired of babysitting the Martin girl and silently cursing her father for making her do this in the first place. "Exactly." She breathes out.
The two watch as an illusion of people party in Lydia's backyard. "And Lydia's birthday is always the party of the year, isn't it? Everyone wants to go to Lydia's party, so we're going to make it a very special party." She adds. "And what if I don't?" Lydia asks as the image changed to blood soaked party goers spread out over her lawn and pool. Elvira glances at her from her peripheral vision. "I think it's best that we just make a plan and stick to it. That way no one gets hurt." She answers. "Why me?" Lydia asks again.
"Because Lydia Martin is not only beautiful, not only incredibly intelligent..she's immune." Elvira answers, smiling as if she couldn't believe it herself. "Immune to what?" The older girl asks. "Oh, that's right they haven't told you, have they?" Elvira mutters, more to herself, as she looks out into the backyard again. "Bet you've felt like the last to know for a long time. Doesn't feel good, does it? You deserve to know everything, it's probably best if I just show you." Elvira continued before suddenly going quiet.
Lydia looked around to discover she was alone and then heard a noise from outside, slowly, she turns her head to a window and sees a giant monster with glowing red eyes. Bearing pearly white fangs, Elvira, now shifted into Peter's alpha wolf form, jumps through the window towards Lydia as she screams.

At the Argent house, Chris was cleaning Victoria's bite wound from Dahlia. "It's not that deep, okay?" He says, mostly to reassure himself. Gerard walks down the stairs of the basement and pauses, watching the two carefully.
Victoria places her hand over her husband's shaky one. "It's alright, I'll clean it myself." She says softly. Chris looks at her for a moment before walking over to his father. "It's not that bad, we don't know-we can't know, not for sure." He says, briefly glancing over his shoulder. Gerard remained stoic. "It's a bite from an alpha." He states. Chris looks away from him to compose himself. "She's my wife." He whispers. "Allison's mother." He adds. "And I'm the cold-hearted patriarch holding his family to its commitments, again. We all have our roles, just don't expect me to play poisoned king to your hamlet of a son. Not with the full moon coming, or do I need to remind you what happened in the past?" Gerard speaks quietly. Chris brushes the comment off and balls his hands up.
