"I'm glad you could come. How did you celebrate New Year's Eve?" Harry asked and after placing two cups of hot coffee on the table.

It's been four days since the new year started and today Riley had met Harry at a little café because the latter still had something to tell her.

"So what did you want to talk about?" Riley inquired and took a careful sip out of her cup.

"Let's go for a walk, shall we?" Harry suggested and stood up from their booth.

Riley was trying to warm her hands on her cup but the cold seemed to not let that happen. The fact that her coffee was close to empty didn't help her freezing situation.

Harry seemed fine though, but that guy was a human furnace either way.

After throwing away the empty cup, Riley took one of Harry's hands and used his body warmth to warm her fingers.

"You still haven't started talking? Is it that serious?" Riley wondered because normally Harry was one of the straight forward kind.

"We should go to your apartment first, I can literally feel you shaking because of the cold" Soon the older was dragging Riley behind him.

"Hey you! You're Changbin's little bitch aren't you?" A sudden voice stopped both of them in their steps.

In front of them stood a girl, probably around Riley's age, who was surrounded by a little group of people.

"Now you are already out here cheating on our Changbin??" Another voice screeched and Riley almost had to cover her ears because of the high pitch.

Harry grabbed her elbow gently and guided her through the crowd. As soon as Riley heard the girls calling her names up close she felt tears swell up in her eyes so she grabbed the back of Harry's jacket.

"Go on and cling to your new boyfriend then if you don't even have the guts to face us" Another voice said and immediately Riley halted her steps and turned around.

"You have absolutely no right-"
"They aren't worth it Ry, let's just go without causing a scene" Harry interrupted her and pulled her along.

"So I am the one who is causing a scene now?!?" Riley wondered when she stopped Harry from pulling her.

"You know that that is not what I meant" Harry tried to explain but Riley seemed to irritated to let him.

The crowd around them had luckily faded a bit to the background but there were still a lot of phones pointed at them.

"Please Ry, let's go home" Harry almost begged when he nervously gazed towards the crowd.

Riley only huffed annoyed and pushed past him to continue her way.
"Please respect her privacy and don't film everything" Harry asked the girls and quickly followed his friend.

"He is hot, no wonder Riley likes to be around him" Was the last thing one girl said before they all faded back into their usual day routine.

"So what was it that you so urgently wanted to tell me but yet you still haven't started explaining?" Riley asked still upset from the incident before.

She huffed and sat down on her couch when Harry still didn't start talking.

"Look, Ry, it's kinda hard to explain and I felt like a café or a park wouldn't be the right surroundings"

"Then why didn't you directly come here or asked me to come to yours?" Riley asked, now starting to get a bit worried of what was about to come.
