Hyper POV

Slowly, I wake up from the anesthesia. The lights of the dentist office are blinding, and my mouth is in an immense amount of pain. At first, all I can see is light, then a few shapes, albeit they're very blurry. I can hear a noise. Like something being dropped on metal. I can't tell what it is by sound, but, given the context, I'm guessing it's a tooth. I still can't understand why my mouth hurts so much. However, once my vision has returned, it made sense when I looked down.

I see a pool of blood on my dress. I try to scream, but I can't. My jaw was gone. It was sat on a metal dish, with a few teeth in a pile next to it. The sight makes me feel nauseous. The dentist notices me scrambling out of the chair, trembling I'm a mix of rage, disgust and terror.
"Oh, you're awake." he says, not looking away from some papers. "Didn't expect you to wake up so soon, to be honest."

I grab a notebook and pen and start furiously scribbling down, "What have you done to me?!"
"Oh. That." he replies, still not looking at me. "Well, desperate times call for desperate measures. I had to. If I didn't, your condition would have gotten much, much worse."
Holy shit. I tore that page out of the notebook, tossing the page on the floor. I write, blood dripping onto the paper, "Are you going to reattach my jaw, then?!"

"No." he answered, cool as a cucumber. "There's no need. You're cured. It'll heal up in due time. And besides, I'm not a surgeon. So stop crying and deal with it."
I was fucking furious. This guy ripped off my jaw and called it help?! What was he on?! I noticed a bandage on the counter. Perfect. I picked it up along with my jaw. It felt weird. Nevertheless, I used the bandage to tie it back where it was supposed to be. Tears streaming from my eyes, I ran out of the surgery. I could still hear his sadistic laughter as I bolted down the corridor and into the street.
