Otto: What do you mean? I don't think anything about him calling her Scribbles.
Me: You have to tell the truth.
Otto: Oh, right. In that case, I don't like it. Like, first of all, that's not her name. And second, it's like that's his little nickname for her or something and honestly, he shouldn't have a nickname for her because Olive is my girl- um I mean, she's my partner. Yeah, that's what I meant, hehe. Anyway, she's my partner, not his. He doesn't even care about her the way that I do. And um- yeah. I'm kind of rambling now I guess but you get what I mean.
Me: Awww! It's so cute how much you care about Olive, and how much you like her!
Olive: *Walks in* Yeah, I think it's cute too.
Otto: *Blushes* Olive! You heard all that?
Olive: Pretty much, yeah. And don't worry, Otto. It's you that I like. And it's cute that you're so protective of me.
Otto: *Blushes*
Me: Otto, you still also have to say a compliment about Olive.
Otto: Ok, well.... she's really beautiful. And I'm not just talking about how she looks, I'm talking about her whole personality and how she is as a person. She's genuine, kind, brave, and smart. Plus, she also looks really beautiful too, so that's a bonus.
Me: I feel like that was more than one compliment.
Otto: *Blushes*
Olive: *Blushes* Wow, thank you Otto. You're an amazing person too. And you look really cute too. *Giggles*
Otto: *Blushes and smiles* Thanks, Olive.
Olive: Well, that truth question turned out really nice.
Otto: Yeah.
