The Dress Shop (A jonatello story)

Authors Note

This story I don't expect to go anywhere, but here is a list of triggers and stuff that may happen.

1. Triggers

Starvation, homophobia, transphobia, depression, anxiety, and disabilities/disorders I believe Casey has WILL be mentioned in the story.

There will be yelling in the first chapter.

I will give trigger warnings on top of each chapter that has a trigger other than these.

2. Abilities

A big part of this idea is giving Casey the ability to perfectly take a person's measurements for an outfit just by looking at them. And another part of this au is that he can draw and sew very very fast.

3. Ocs

I firmly believe that Casey was adopted by his dad, so he and Casey's sister look nothing like Casey.

First, Jack.
Outside of this story, I see Jack as very sweet and understanding, but for this story, Jack will be an a*useive father, always drunk, smoking, or both. Jack works long hours and keep his daughter and Casey up all night as he sees fit.

Jack has brown hair, blue eyes, and about 5'11. He's skinny with a little built, muscle wise. Always has eyes bags and tired. He's also in his mid 40s

Next, Ameria.
Ameria, or Amy as I will call her alot, is 9. This is Casey's sister. She's fun and playful, got a temper like her older brother, and is very reasonable for her age. She and her brother tend to take care of each other at the same time. She very sweet as well.

Amy has long, straight, brown hair and blue eyes. She's about 5'3. She also has freckles.

Lastly, Eli.
Eli will be the "dead ex". He'll be alive in the start of the book, but don't get attached. Will be Casey's emotional rock for the start.

Eli has dark brown hair, to the point of almost looking black, and the brightest blue eye you'd ever see.

3. Names/behaviors characters will have

Casey will name the dress shop "Casey's Corner" and idk if an actual business is called that, so just saying that now.

Casey and Amy will tend to wear their hair in a messy bun or ponytail at home/work.

Casey will buy the building that he turns into a dress shop with a savings he's had since he was 5, he never spent a penny and forgot to count it until they were kicked out.

Casey will keep 2 boards in the back of the dress shop. One of these boards will say Success and the other Failure. These boards he will take extra material from an order, write the name down on a small price of paper, and pin it on one based on how the customer reacts to the dress/suit.

He WILL do suits for women and dresses for men if they want them.
