Anakin's POV
I got up, dressed, and went downstairs to look for something to eat. I eventually came across Padmé. " We're going to spend the day in the meadow, and that's where we'll eat breakfas" she remarked, holding a picnic basket in her hand wearing a yellow dress. I just nodded at her and told her that I was ready. We arrived there quickly, and as soon as I could, I began digging into the food. I was still hungry even after we left her parents house yesterday.
I finished rather quickly, and as soon as I did, Padmé began to talk to me. She then began to inch closer to me. I moved away from her in the hopes that she would take the hint, but she did not. There is only one female for me since I can see what she wants and I'm not blind. I hope that this sudden attraction towards me was cause by the situation... or the stress...I could only hope it would go away after the mission was over. Until then I'm gonna try to put space between us. I tried to steer her way from me and I said the first thing that I thought of "Since you know who was my first love, you should tell me yours."
This made her lean back and sit on the grass, picking at the flowers around. "I don't know." "Sure you do, you just don't want to tell me." " Are you going to use one of your Jedi mind tricks on me?"
