Sorry guys, slow updating! I have exams soon and I'm revising a lot, so I don't have much time. My exams finish 5th of May so after then there'll be plenty of chapters to stick your faces into.

Alfie came bursting into our bedroom one morning with his head high.
"What now?" I asked.
"Pack a bag. Tomorrow, at 2 p.m., we are leaving Nala with Louise and I'm taking you to a hotel in London, then the next day we spend shopping and visiting Dan and Phil, and after lunch we see Matilda the Musical in the West End and then stay another night."
I jumped out of bed. "Really? Oh, Alfie, you're the best!"
"I remembered how much we loved it before and as a present for you, I bought the tickets when I first found out you were pregnant. I wanted to give you a special present."
"Oh, Alfie, but why a present?"
"Because the girl I love is pregnant with my first baby and hopefully not my last."
"Who's that then?" I asked, collapsing into his arms.
"Who did we see first time?" I asked, lying in the dark that night.
"Lollie McKenzie, I believe. She was amazing."
"They'll have new ones now, we saw Lollie in August and its December now. I looked her up after the performance. She went from September to September."
"That's a shame."
Alfie chuckled and wrapped his arms around me as I lay with my head on his chest. Suddenly there was a snuffly bark and Nala bounced onto Alfie's feet.
"Nala, it's eleven. Go to sleep!"
Nala obediently curled up by Alfie's feet and rested her tiny head on my leg.
"Okay, Nalie. But in a couple of years you'll have a toddler to chase round the garden." I told her, and she began snuffling in her sleep.
We slept in until eleven, then Alfie grabbed his camera and began vlogging.
"Good morning guys! Today we are going up to London to stay at a hotel overnight, then tomorrow we are going shopping and visiting Dan and Phil and after lunch we are seeing Matilda the Musical for the second time. I'm just getting up now, as is Zoe, and we're going to get breakfast. Nala camped out on our bed last night-"
I left him talking to the camera and went to shower. As the hot bubbles streamed over my head and shoulders I stared down at my stomach. It was too early for a noticeable difference but I pictured a large bump preceding my entrance.
"Hi Harry." I whispered. "We love you."
I know it was impossible but I almost heard a tiny heartbeat in my head, with the steady thump-thump, thump-thump running consistently through my brain.
When I was dressed (a dark green cotton maxi-dress that flowed over my waist, with a thick white cardigan and little white pumps that concealed two pairs of tights) I went downstairs.
Alfie was sitting at the table, piling pancakes onto a plate.
"How many pancakes is that?" I gasped. "I've only been gone half an hour!"
"There's enough for six each. But any we don't finish we can have as a snack in the car. Cold pancakes are surprisingly good."
Nala tried to jump onto my chair but she couldn't. I placed her carefully on her doggy bed and she settled down, snuffling gently.
We both managed four pancakes each, and Alfie packed the others into a small box, along with some sandwiches and two drinks for a mid-afternoon pause in driving.
It was during our walk with Nala when suddenly I had a thought.
"Alfie. Let's tell Tanya, Joe, Marcus, Naomi; all our friends but not family apart from Joe. And we can tell Dan and Phil tomorrow!"
"I don't know... I just don't want to jinx it."
"Okay. Not yet."
Just two hours later we dropped off Nala and began the four and a half hour drive to London.
When we arrived at the hotel We were escorted to a beautiful suite. There was a lounge area with two plush red sofas, a table, large flatscreen screen tv and a few cabinets, with a kettle and a box of complementary biscuits and coffees. The bathroom had soft white towels and a large bathtub, with complementary creams and shampoos and gels. But the bedroom had a beautiful pale blue canopy bed and a flatscreen tv similar to the other one in the lounge area. Alfie dragged the bags into the bedroom and I flopped onto the bed.
"We're going to be a mum and dad soon." I said quietly. Alfie put his hands over mine on my stomach and kissed my forehead.
"You know what? Let's do it." I sat up.
"What do you mean?" Alfie asked, confused.
"I mean let's tell them now. I know you don't want to, but I need to do it."
I put out a tweet: Liveshow in ten! Tune in for news of the century! #trustmeonthisone
"We'll have to admit that there is a little chance of miscarriage at this stage." I decided.
It was surprisingly easy for the hour of liveshow to fly by with the major announcement.
"As I said, we already have a name, but comments are welcome for consideration. Bye guys, next video in a few days!"
After dinner in the hotel restaurant we went immediately to bed at 9, as we needed to be up at around 7.30 the next morning.
"Alfie?" I said into the dark.
"Yes Zozeebo?" He replied.
"I love you."

Mushy ending there guys! Like I said, sorry about updating speed but exams are slowly taking over my school and my family. Me, ashlucasmikecal, kitkat1135, and awildannaappears are working our *BLEEP*'s off at school each day, and so stories for me in particular are dwindling. But I have about ten ideas which will all come into contact with your eyesight at some stage.
Also Wattpad keeps deleting chapters then having them reappear. I think you can still read them, it's just when I tap Create it occasionally forgets to load them in or whatever. If anyone knows who to fix it it will be much appreciated.
Kisses!
Claudia
