After Rose had randomly decided to leave with Bang Chan, I had finally mustered enough courage to respond to his message.
As soon as I did though, we were all left to speculate about what had happened with Rose and Bang Chan, as well as wondering if Hyunjin had a part of this.
"I bet that girl likes him, didn't you guys see the way she'd look at him back at the restaurant?!" Chaeyong commented while giggling like a literal child.
"Two months, I'd give it two months before they start dating." I guessed, trying to give the most realistic answer to my prediction.
"Two months?! I bet he's going to confess any minute now!!"
"Maybe, but that doesn't mean that Rose will say yes so quickly, Chaeyong. You know how Rose is." stated Aby, who just randomly joined the conversation, as she listened from the staircase.
"You're right!! She'll probably be hard to catch, won't she Tiff-?" she looked over at Tiffany, who had a very serious expression on her face.
"I'll tell you this, that girl is never going to date anyone until Taeyong's head just randomly appears on her doorstep. She knows it's too dangerous to be dating right now." I actually somewhat took offense to that, as she looked straight at me while saying such words.
As I was going to respond, a sudden text message stopped me and got my attention. Once I went to check who it was, I let out a small squeal, which intrigued the rest of the girls.
"Oh my f*cking god it's Hyunjin!!

Tiffany stared at me with a condescending face, knowing how dangerous this could be for me. If he dared to push the wrong button, I could fall apart and she knew that well.
"You shouldn't go..." she hesitated, wondering if this was the way she would approach this situation.
"Why shouldn't she?! Dahyun needs to find out what this all about!!" argued Aby, knowing that if I could possibly die out of curiosity I would have...and that's no exaggeration!!!
"From what it looks like, it could be that just doesn't want to associate himself with you anymore." that sentence broke me, as I looked at her with scared eyes, knowing that she was always good at breaking down messages like this one.
Never once did she fail at these things, as she was logical and analyzed well, so once she said that, I immediately went into panic mode.
"Now that you mention it...he doesn't seem so cheerful as he always is."
"Tiff, come on don't be like that, if she doesn't go, he'll just say through text, and if what you're right? That would just be terrible for the both of them." Chaeyong concluded, while I hesitantly agreed.
"I agree, she needs to go, she needs to find out what he wants to tell her. I get that you're trying to protect her, but I feel like it would be worse if he said it through text." then acknowledged Aby.
"Fine, but you have to promise me one thing."
"What is it?"
"Your feelings better not show out towards him, we don't want it to go to the worst." I looked back at her with stunned eyes, wondering how she had found out about my little secret.
My love for Hyunjin, the moment I laid my eyes on him...I couldn't get him off my head. It was as if he was dancing on top of my head, messing with me.
I couldn't say a word to her, only lightly shaking my head, as Chaeyong and Aby bit their lips. Their faces showed pity and disapproval of Tiffany's words.
