CHAPTER 26

" So what if they actually confessed that they were paid? You don't have proof, you idiotic fools " 

The boy cackled and pushed the headmaster back. The man fell to the floor but was helped up by Keum. 

The two continued to fight and yell at each other. Ryu covered her ears as well as Leeseo. The two girls hid behind their partners. Bomin hung his head down and was quiet till he exploded.

" Both of you....SILENCE " 

The younger boy shouted a loud and glared at both before stepping in the middle of them.

" Both of you have said enough. I have heard enough! " 

Bomin turned to look at Daeyeol, he had a slick expression. Bomin slapped that expression of him and continued on.

" You, Lee Daeyeol. I actually had a huge crush on you since forever. When you confessed to me that night in the park, I thought my dream finally became a reality. I thought you actually loved me! " 

Bomin stopped as tears dared to fall out. He took a deep breath and added on.

" When you made our relationship official and public, I was finally happy that you were mine. My heart was on cloud nine and I was having so many imaginations of us going on dates, making so much memories. I even thought of you as the perfect boyfriend and how lucky I was happy to have " 

As Bomin said those words, Sungyoon's heart broke. His parents noticed his expression and gave him a look of reassurance. 

" But then you started acting weird and started cheating on me behind my back! I know everything! I saw everything and even Seungmin admitted that you cheated on me with him! So don't try to hide the truth, you cheater! " 

" B-but Bomin " 

" I'm not finished. I thought everyone was lying and were jealous of me. But then Ryu gave me hints, my friends were telling me this and that and Sungyoon hyung even told me that he saw you himself and told me wake up and realise what a cheater you are! If I knew you were this kind of person, I wouldn't have liked you or even let you kiss me in the first place " 

After he was done with his words for Daeyeol, Bomin turned to look at Sungyoon with angry tears streaming down.

" You, Choi Sungyoon. You told me that I could rely on you and talk to you about anything and everything but why didn't you tell me that you were admitted to the hospital yesterday? Why didn't you tell me that you had anxiety and would get frequent attacks? I could have helped you if you would have told me " 

" B-bomin, I-I "

Sungyoon was starting to have another attack. He took his parent's hand and squeezed them. His mother squeezed back and patted his back.

Bomin watched as his boyfriend was having trouble in front of him but he didn't know how to help.

" Ryu told me everything but only because I asked and she felt bad. She knew about our date from you and she explained everything. If you told me about it, I would've accompanied you to the hospital. It would've worried me less but I couldn't sleep without thinking of you last night " 

" I-I'm sorry. I-I d-didn't want to worry you. I s-should've have been honest with you " 

Bomin just looked at him, disappointed. He wanted to leave but Sungyoon grabbed him by the wrist. 

" I'm sorry for being who I am. My best friends are treating me differently because they know who I am. I understand if you do the same but please know that I will always love you " 

Sungyoon managed to say without a stutter. Bomin gave him a blank look and pushed his hand off. He stomped out the office and back to his class. 

The headmaster went straight to work and called Daeyeol's parents to inform them about his suspension. Y's parents stayed by their son's side and asked the others to head back to their classes.
