CHAPTER 29

At the warehouse

Kyujin walked into the room and greeted her guests that were tied up.

She smiled sinisterly and laughed at how helpless they all looked.

They were all trying to free themselves but it was no use. The rope was too tight.

" Hahahahah, it's so funny how y'all are trying to free yourselves when it's practically pointless "

Kyujin cackled and waved the remote in their faces.

" What's that? "

" A little device I found in Ryu's bag, it looked useful back when your car exploded "

" What do you mean? "

" I don't know but it says that it's an explosive tracking device. I don't know "

Kyujin said and threw it aside. Junseo and Yohan shared a look at each other. Could that be what Ryu didn't want her to find? 

Why would she have such a thing in the first place? They thought to themselves. Then, a familiar figure walked into the room with a big smile.

" You did so well, baby Kyu~ No wonder I loved you " 

Daeyeol flirted as he walked in. Kyujin felt like barfing and gave him a hard slap in the face.

" Don't call me 'baby Kyu', it's gross "

" You used to love it so much but thank you anyway "

" Whatever, your prize is in the room and we all did what was necessary like you asked for " 

" Thanks, cutie. Now of to get my reward! " 

He skipped happily, passing by his guests. He made a stop before looking at his hostages, evilly. He turned to look at Kyujin and asked her.

" What are these people doing here? " 

" Well, I got you treat but mine managed to escape so I'll use these people as bait " 

Daeyeol looked at her and sighed, is this girl for real? 

" Yah, do you think Ryu is that stupid?! Sure, she doesn't do well academically but she's better in strategies and stories more than we do " 

" So what? If she's academically dumb then she's just dumb " 

Daeyeol face palmed and sighed. He just nodded and walked away.

" We won't let you hurt, Bomin hyung! Sungyoon hyung will come and save him! " 

Junseo spat, looking angrily at Daeyeol. The older boy just cackled and gave him a scary look.

" Really now? So where is he? " 

Daeyeol asked but Junseo swallowed a lump, unable to answer. Daeyeol smiled in victory, laughing.

" Just what I thought " 

Daeyeol looked away and made his way straight to the room way in the back. Junseo was mad and fidgeted in his seat. He desperately wanted to break free and save Bomin.

He glanced at his boyfriend but Yohan did nothing and just sat in his chair as if it was hopeless.

" Hyung! What are you doing? " 

" Give it up, Junseo. It's hopeless, these ropes are too strong for a humans grip " 

" But we should at least try! What if- " 

" Give up, Junseo. Please.... " 

Yohan discouraged, it was true. There's no way out of this without any outside help. They might not even make it out alive by their own.
