It took a few years of trying after Fuyumi's birth before Rei gave birth to her third child. Three years to be exact. Natsuo sadly didn't fit Endeavor's criteria. He had come to believe that his theory on the children's hair/eye color to be true. As soon as he saw Natsuo's pure white hair and slate gray eyes he knew he wouldn't fit his dream. Poor Fuyumi was only three when her little brother came into the picture and she herself was constantly pushed aside by Endeavor for Touya.
Of course the little girl never blamed her brother. Touya had no choice but to obey their father's wishes. Natsuo was brought home and just like Fuyumi he was pushed to the side. Touya however was still being trained. At first he didn't mind, his father was showing real interest in him and he was gaining skills he felt would be needed for the chance of becoming a hero. Endeavor constantly chastised him on how being the strongest hero was the most important thing for him. How he was destined to surpass Allmight. If only Touya had known what the next years of his life would consist of.
Slowly Touya's hair began to change, his fully red hair was beginning to have stray strands of white began to appear on the boys head. His parents showed concern due to this change, but it was eventually pushed away as something they just never noticed before.
A few months of these excessive training sessions continued, almost no stops being allowed for Touya, even when he begged. At some point he was able to get away while Endeavor was out for some work. He checked around to make sure he was gone before running ti his siblings room. Fuyumi was sitting by Natsuo's crib, reaching her arm through the bars trying to reach him. Touya walked over and reached up, gripping at the edge of the top bar. He began to push down trying to get ut down. Fuyumi made small noises of support for him.
Soon enough there was a small click sound before the side of the crib slid down, causing Touya to slip and fall face first into the ground. Fuyumi made a small panicked cry as she rushed to Touya's side. She began to gently pull on his shirt, tears beginning to fill her grey eyes. Touya sat up slowly gently rubbing his forehead as Fuyumi continued to cry out to him. He looked at her, a small bit of panic filled him to quiet his distressed sister. It didnt help that Natsuo was beginning to choke up from tears as well.
"Touya! Are you ok?? Sowwy!!" Fuyumi continued to cry as Touya stood up completly. Gently he grabbed her hand and pulled her into the crib, lifting his baby brother up in his arms letting her get comfortable. He positioned himself to where the three of them were huddled together. Using his free arm he gently pushed the side of the crib back up and clicked it into place. He rested himself fully down as Fuyumi huddled herself to him, her past cries diluting down to sniffles. Natsuo also became quiet, losing consciousness on Touya's chest.
It only took a few minutes for Fuyumi to also succumb to sleep. Touya laid there, happily surrounded by his siblings. Soon enough he found himself falling asleep as well. The kids weren't quite sure what happened, but the awoke to Endeavor throwing the door open and storming in. Touya sat up in a panic, still holding Natsuo to his chest. Fuyumi sat up slower, not understanding what was happening yet. Endeavor made his way to the crib as Touya stood up, making sure to gingerly set his brother down. His father reached in and pulled him out, a look of aggravation staining his features.
"What are you doing Touya? I thought I told you to train more while I was gone!" Endeavor snapped. Touya glanced back to see Fuyumi cradling her little brother as he sniffled. Touya looked back at his father, a pinch of guilt and shame filled his chest.
  B. "I'm sorry father... I just wanted to come see-" Touya began to explain, but Endeavor held his hand up to silence him.
"It doesn't matter. We're going to resume our training now. Let's go." His father spoke sharply. Touya didn't say a word and just followed him, giving his siblings a soft wave as he left. Fuyumi waved back, a worried and sad look plastered on her face.
The next few years went about the same. Constant training and secret meetings with his growing siblings. Slowly Touya began to detest the constant ruthless training, but what irked him most was the say his siblings were being pushed aside. Endeavor constantly acted as if they didn't exist and would even occasionally badmouth them and how they would never be good enough for his dream. They were 'Failures' in Endeavor's eyes. His hatred towards his younger children sent shivers of aggravation down Touyas spine.
"What have I said about spending precious time with those two!" Endeavor snapped. A 7 year old Touya stood before his father, a look of worry and aggravation demonstrated on his face.
"I'm sorry father, but I dont think one or two stray days where I don't train is going to hurt." Touya explained. Endeavor scoffed as he turned away from Touya.
"You don't have a choice. It'll take every second of time possible for you to train if you are going to surpass Allmight." Endeavor replied, and it was clear Touya's words weren't going to get through.
This was only the start of a downhill spiral. When Fuyumi got her ice quirk her neglect only worsened and Endeavor fully trusted his hair color to quirk theory. Meaning Natsuo was destined to have a 'useless ice' quirk. A few more years later, a little after Touya turned nine Rei made a fantastic and horrible announcement.
(AUTHOR NOTES: next chapter is going to be a good slower pace for sure!! I wanted to get an overall base for the family before Shoto is born. Thank you for reading and I'll see y'all in chapter 4!)
