Repairing The Heart Part 1, Chapter 24
At Skye and Lorenzo's house—Lorenzo just hung up the phone, and Genevieve was there. "Tea coming over tomorrow," Lorenzo said as Skye entered. "Why did you call Tea?" Skye asked. "Alistair sent Genevieve custody papers for her unborn child." "No, I'm sure it's found," Lorenzo replied. "Where did you go?" Skye asked. "I just had to take care of some things at the office," Lorenzo answered. "Oh." Genevieve went upstairs as Lorenzo's phone rang. "I need to take this," Lorenzo said, heading to his office. Skye looked around; she loved this house she shared with Lorenzo and still loved him. But deep down, she knows it's time to leave.
At the Quartermaine mansion-AJ was downstairs when Monica came in. "I thought I heard Skye." "Yes, she had some news to share." "What's going on?" Skye was planning on leaving Lorenzo and felt scared. "We will help her." "Yes."
At Carly's—Carly was talking to a hotel shareholder. "Will you help me get my hotel back?" "Yes," he replied. "Thanks. It was mine to begin with, and it should be mine. Skye is hardly at the hotel."
At Skye and Lorenzo's—Skye was in her bedroom, packing some belongings into a bag and hiding it. Her cellphone rang. "Skye, Lucy. Thanks," Skye said, hanging up as Lorenzo entered the room. "Skye, I know it's been hard, but I believe we can get past what I shared with Blair. It was nothing but sex." "What about you planning on taking Genevieve's baby?" Skye asked. "I dropped it. I just wanted to make Genevieve's life easier." "She'd be heartbroken." Lorenzo touched Skye, but she pulled away. "I'm not ready yet."
