At the Quartermaine mansion-Lila Rose Garden—The Quartermaines were celebrating Elizabeth and AJ's wedding and were dancing.
Monica was observing her family when Skye approached her.
"Monica, are you okay?" "I'm just taking it all in; my family is happy." "Yes." Skye, I want you to make sure the Quartermaines are taking care of everything. You're the new matriarch of our family." "Oh, Monica, I'm honored you want me to be it." "You saved ELQ from the Cassadine and took the hotel back. Edward would be proud of you." "Thank you." As Drew and Michael approached, I said, "Is everything okay?" "Yes! I'm just so happy that AJ found love." "Yes."
Brenda was looking around when Brooklyn and Lois approached her.
"Brenda," said Lois, "It's so good to see you." Brenda hugged Lois.
"I'm so glad you're here too. Why did you decide to come back?" "My son Alec is here and is dating Lila Rae." "Oh." Of all the young women in town, he decided to date Skye's daughter." "I heard about your history with Skye, but it's not the children's fault." "No, it's not. I just don't know if I can be nice to her."
Lorenzo was driving with Genevieve in the car. He was struggling to keep his eyes open from the alcohol he drank before driving.
"Daddy, are you okay? I know you're sad about Mother, but it's not the end of the world." "I hate myself for hurting your mother." "I know." "I have a plan to get our family back together," Genevieve asked, as Lorenzo didn't see the car in front of him and hit it.
