The door opening makes me look up and I see Harry there. He walks in, noticing his eyes are red and puffy I dash round the counter to great him.
"H are you ok? what's happened?" he doesn't say anything just lifts me up as I wrap my legs around him and he settles me on the counter. He squeezes me tight his head buried into my neck as I stroke the back of his hair hearing him as he whispers
"I Love you Lou so much" my heart beats rapidly as I lift his head up and look him in the eyes, using my thumbs to run over the puffy bags underneath them
"I love you too babe, do you want to talk about it?" He steps into my parted legs and takes my hands turning them over just looking down at them and I have a sudden sense of deJa vu. The last time he was like this he left me on the doorstep. I start to panic, my heart racing in anxiety.
"My mom came to see me" I wasn't expecting him to say that, but I got to say I'm glad it wasn't something else coming out of his mouth. I bring him in closer as I wrap my legs hooking my ankles behind his thighs. I feel like he needs some comfort at the minute as I kiss the corner of his mouth
"And was it ok?" he nods his head.
"I know I look a bit of a state right now Lou but I'm ok, I actually feel like a bit of weight has been lifted from my shoulders, it was emotional I'm not going to lie but as soon as she left, I just wanted to get over here to you, I needed to see you" he smiles shyly.
He explains to me what his mom said and how they had sort of come to an understanding. I was surprised to hear she had left Des but like Harry I can't say I'm not glad. I was also pleased to hear that she wanted to know about Evan. I believe her when she told Harry she didn't know as now after hearing everything I'm pretty certain that he didn't tell Anne I had been round. I know I need to probably tell Harry that his dad did know but at this point in time I'm unsure would it really do any benefit. It will probably really hurt Harry and I don't want to do that especially now as we can't go back and change anything. What's done is done.
He pulls up his phone and shows me the picture he took of them both. It's a really nice picture and I really hope with all my heart that Anne doesn't let him down again. I turn his phone around and point it at the two of us, well if it's a new start for Anne and Harry maybe we can start anew with a brand-new selfie of me and him also.
