"WHAT JUST HAPPENED?! AND IS NOAH ALRIGHT?!" Mrs. Puckerman screamed.
No one could answer. Truth be told, no one had an answer, because they'd never seen anything like this before.
Quinn, Santana, and Finn were seated in a corner of the room, while all the adults frantically asked Mrs. Lynn and the judges several questions.
"Do you think Puck's dead?" Finn quietly asked.
"What do you think? No one could survive that," Santana bluntly said.
"Why'd the kingdom start falling apart though? Surely there'd have to have been some reason!" Quinn said.
"The end of the world?" Finn slowly shrugged.
Quinn remained quiet as she thought of a reason, but nothing came to mind. Santana and Finn watched, observing their friends facial expressions.
"But why would it start in Green Meadow Academy?" Quinn asked herself.
The three teens looked out the giant window where all the adults stood. Barely, they could see the damage the earthquake had created from where they were seated. The only thing they could see properly were the blue flames that refused to extinguish themselves.
A loud knocking came at the academy's doors. The doors swung open with the use of magic and footsteps echoed closer to the large group. They all diverted their attention to the left where they saw two knights walking toward them.
"Are yous the only ones in here?" The knight on the left asked.
He had a strong voice, perfect for his role.
"Yes. Is everyone in town okay?" Mrs. Lynn wondered.
The knights didn't respond, except they looked at everyone in the room one by one.
"We've been given order by king Champion that we're to evacuate everyone from the kingdom," The knight who'd remained silent said.
"Wait! M-my son, he's fallen through the cracks!" Mr. Puckerman said.
"There's nothing we can do about that. It's too dangerous for anyone to even get near the fire. I'm sorry, but your son's dead," The knight on the right declared.
Mr. And Mrs. Puckerman cried in each others embrace. They'd just lost their only child before they could even say 'I love you' or 'i'm proud of you', that day, because Instead, they were disappointed over an academy that would soon become useless.
"What are your names?" Mrs. Fabray asked the knights.
The knight on the right, who was slightly taller than his friend, gave a small bow.
"Sir Parker," He said.
The knight on the left did the same gesture. "Sir Golden."
A cheeky smile grew on Santana's face.
"Damn, do you park a lot of women?" She chuckled.
Everyone gave her the same expression. No one knew how she could be cracking a joke at a time like this. Santana's laughter quickly faded and she guiltily looked to the ground.
"It's time to go. Come with us," Sir Golden said.
Everyone in the room quietly followed the knights, not wanting to ask too many questions, or even cry out loud.
The knights led everyone out to front of the academy where one small silver carriage sat, with one Pegasus.
Everyone looked to one another. There was no way they were all fitting in that carriage.
It looked like you'd barely fit three people.
"It's a lot bigger inside, i promise," Sir Parker said.
Taking their word, everyone began boarding the carriage. Just as Quinn, Santana, and Finn were about to climb in, they looked around the premises. They weren't even that close, and they could feel the scorching flames from the pit of hell.
They all climbed into the silver carriage, and were completely taken back when they saw how big the carriage was on the inside. It could easily fit over twenty people. Sir Parker and Sir Golden climbed into the carriage right after, shutting the door behind them.
And before anyone knew it, the Pegasus had started trotting which then turned into a sprint before the carriage came to a smooth glide. Everyone looked out the small windows next to them as they watched the ground beneath them fade in the midst of the clouds.
"Where are we going?" Mr. Lopez questioned.
"The kingdom over. So far this damage hasn't reached them," Sir Golden said.
"Kingdom FairQuest?" Mrs. Fabray asked.
Sir Golden and Sir Parker nodded.
"What's caused this destruction?" Finn asked.
The knights glanced over at each other, then back to Finn.
"We don't know. The kings are figuring all of that out, though, so don't worry," Sir Parker reassured.
The three judges scoffed and crossed their arms. Everyone looked at them. The judges didn't even bat an eye at anyone.
"This is pathetic. We all know who it was!" The middle judge growled.
"Sir, we don't believe a human could have caused such damage," Sir Golden said.
"Sure they could! I mean, we've got three students in the carriage right now who've claimed they wanted to be better than everyone else in their academy. This is a perfect way to dispose of their competition," The right judge rolled his eyes.
Santana rose to her feet, her face turned red and she gave the men the nastiest look she could muster.
"NOW YOU LISTEN HERE, MISTER, NONE OF US ARE EVEN CAPABLE OF DOING SUCH A THING! SO AS SOON AS WE GET TO FAIRQUEST KINGDOM, I SUGGEST YOU FIND THE NEAREST BAKERY AND SHOVE DONUTS AND BREAD IN YOUR MOUTH!" Santana shouted.
"You're the one who can bend fire, perhaps this was your doing?" The judge on the left suggested.
Before Santana could punch the three judges in the face, she was quickly grabbed by Quinn and Finn, who forcefully sat her down next to them.
"How long until we get to FairQuest? I don't think this ride is going to last long without a murder taking place," Mrs. Lynn asked the knights.
"Ten minutes. The Pegasus flies pretty quickly," Sir Parker said.
The rest of the way, everyone remained silent as they looked out the carriages windows. All they could see were the clouds beneath them and specks of the kingdoms city lights. And if you looked extra carefully, you could see the blue fire.
The Pegasus flew the carriage down through the clouds as it prepared to make a landing in FairQuest kingdom.
The Pegasus landed in an open field, where more civilians were, desperately trying to get answers from the guards around them.
Sir Parker stood up and stepped out of the carriage, holding the door for everyone else. Everyone climbed out, Sir Golden exiting the carriage last.
"Are we supposed to just stay here?" The middle judge eyed the field and the people around him.
"It's temporary. You'll be given tents, sleeping bags, and plenty of food and water. That is, until the kingdom finds enough motels everyone can stay in for the time being," Sir Golden said.
All three judges grunted and dramatically sighed. Clearly, they'd never had to sleep outside before.
"Thank you," Mrs. Lynn said.
