Third pov
We cut into view to see team 11 jumping from tree branch to tree branch " Alright team were almost there " Anko said stopping on a branch her team doing so as well " Now keep calm and don't draw any unwanted attention " Anko said and her team nodded as the walked into the village " Now I'm going to go ask around if they have seen Zane and Mei you three find a place for us to stay for a few days " Anko said walking off.
" Well great lets find a room " Ashley said looking around for a motel of some sorts while Issa followed her but Rex had other plans as he walked away from the two and into a part of the town that was nothing but forest as he started to look around.
Rex POV
I was searching for where Zane and Mei could be I knew they wouldn't have tried to live in the town. I kept searching until something passed by my head, I looked over to see a kunai I looked in the direction of where the kunai went and saw a guy with pink hair and horns on his head I hid my kunai in my sleeve having it at the ready " Who are and what do you want? " I asked
He only looked at me and started to walk towards me so I got on guard but he walked passed me and picked up his kunai " Ugh your not the one I'm looking for " He said, " And I asked you a question who are you " I said, " I'm Riko oh by the way have you seen to people one with blue hair another with white, one a boy the other a girl " he said, he must be talking about Zane and Mei then it seems I need to find them before he can " No I haven't sorry " I said as I started to walk away, " Then what are you here for, your a leaf ninja your clearly here for a reason " Riko asked this made me stop in my tracks I couldn't tell him so I had no other choice then to say " Why should it matter to you after all I never asked you why your here " I said as I walk away quickly and back into the town.
I was lucky to track down where my team was staying and snuck into the room " So where have you there? " I turned to see my whole team standing there " No more secrets Rex tell us what's going on " Ashley said, " Nothing is going on " I said trying to keep my cool.
Third pov
They all looked at Rex while he just kept " Rex we all know you're hiding something, you've been acting weird throughout the whole mission. " Issa said, " I don't know what your talking about I'm completely fine " Rex said with a hint of annoyance in voice as he placed his duffle bag on one of the two beds in the room but it was moved by Rex as Issa tried to grab it " Keep your hands off my stuff " Rex said glaring at Isaa " Clearly what ever is in the bag is causing you to act weird so hand it over " Issa said, " " YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT " Rex yelled, " So as far as what's in the bag is none of your business " Rex said as he started to storm out of the room with the duffle bag but Ashley stepped in front of him " Rex what we're trying to say is the were worried about you" Ashley said, " Well stop worrying I'm fine Rex said as he walked past her and out of the room.
Rex pov
I walked away pisses off and into the forest of the town I eventually ended up at a pond and sat down I needed something to calm me down so I decided to meditate but I heard foot steps behind me so I threw two kunai in that direction " Long time no see Rex " the voice said.
Anko pov
I watched as both Ashley and Issa were trying to figure out why Rex was so pissed off " Wow you guys are dense " I said as the two turned their attention to me " What do you mean Anko sensei ? " Ashley asked, " Have you two learned nothing about observation or have you two forgotten the two targets we are after " I said baffled that they haven't learn this already and have forgotten their teammates last name " Oooh I see now I guess we should have picked up on that sooner " Issa said, " Yeah were looking for two people that are part of Rex's clan so he must have been looking for them when he was gone " I said, " Then we have to find him " Ashley said, " I think it's best we give him his space for a little bit " I said, " Now let's get some rest for tomorrow " I said again as I layed down on one of the beds.
