Owen: The rest of us are moving on out on the 30th. Before New Year's Eve.
Claire: We're really gonna miss you guys!
Brandon: Same!
Steven: I sure as heck won't!
Charlotte: You're so insensitive!
Steven: And I sure as heck won't get beat up next year! Believe that!
Claire: Hmm, you never know! *beats up Steven*
