Stronger in a pack

Dinners bedtime and more

I notice who they are dragging with them and run over to them. "What did you do him?" I scream as I run towards them. Once I reach him I give him a hug but get a burning feeling. "Ow." I say before Dean wraps his arms around my waist and pulls me away from Eric.

"Summer stay away from him he could hurt you he is a monster." Dean says.

"No he's not you are." I scream trying to get out of his hold.

"Summer they didn't do any of this it was Jamie." Eric says before coughing up blood.

"Wait you know each other?" Dean asks confused.

"Yes now let me go." I say and he immediately lets me go. "Now let him go" I say and Dean nods and they untie Eric. Once he is untied I go back over and give him a big hug.

"Hey Dean, MINE." Jenny says as she grabs my arm and throws me onto the ground where I land on a rock cutting my arm.

"Ow." I say as I sit up.

"Jenny what the hell, Summer are you ok?" Dean asks and he helps me stand up while checking my arm.

"Just stating what's mine." She says but her voice is a little different.

"It's going to need stitches it deep." Dean says then add. "Well are you back now?"

"Ya I'm back sorry Summer my wolf took over." She says and I nod.

"It's ok."

"Dean mommy's gon... Uncle Eric!" Kenzie yells as she runs into Eric arms.

"Hey Kenzie Kat I've missed you." She says giving her an even tighter hug once he lets her go and Dean picks her up and holds her in the opposite arm than he has around my waist.

"We need to get you both to the pack doctor to get you checked out." He says.

"Yes agreed." Jenny says before we head over to the hospital. After I get my arm stitched up and Eric is healed we head back over to the pack house where we are due for dinner.

"Dinner is ready you guys so let's head into the dining room." Susan says as she leads us into the dinning room. She sits at one end of the table and Dean, Kenzie and I sit on her left. Jenny and Eric sit on her right and we have to wait for Gerald to finish up in his study. "I swear I wait for that man to be done with his work more than I see him now a days." Susan mumbles before getting up and heading to the study.

"Mommy I'm hungry." Kenzie says.

"I know just a little longer."

"Hey Kenzie since I found my mate now you have a new aunty." Eric says as he takes Jenny's hands.

"Yay now I get to call you aunty Jenny!" She's says excitedly.

"Oh look how lovely our family is growing." Gerald says thinking we all missed the sarcastic tone.

"Honey be nice, you should be happy that our kids have found their mates." Susan says before sitting back down. Then some wolves come in and serve us our food. We make it though dinner with hardly any talk from Gerald but we got to know Susan. "So who's ready for desert?"

"Me!" Kenzie yells before we are each served a bowl of ice cream.

"Ok enough is enough. We can't let these rouges wreck our family let alone our pack." Gerald yells while slamming his fists on the table making me jump and start to panic. Dean starts to rub my thighs trying to get me to calm down.

"Dad enough you have been sending my mate evil looks all night. Face it fate choose her as my mate and I love her no matter what." Dean yells.

"Ya dad Eric is my mate and there is nothing you can do about it." Jenny yells as well.

"Dean she has a kid with a dirty rouge that kid is the work of the devil and I can't let you throw your life away."

"Eric take the girls out of here." Dean yells though gritted teeth. "That little girl is my mates daughter and now she is mine. She is your granddaughter and you should treat her and her family with respect because we are your family and nothing is going to change that." He yells and I see that his eye are completely black meaning his wolf is about to take over. I quickly get out of my seat and Eric picks up Kenzie since I'm not allowed to till my arm heals and we all leave the pack house and head home.

"How about we watch a movie." Susan suggests as we walk into the living room. I nod and Jenny puts in monsters university. Half way though the movie Dean comes in and sits beside me. He takes a deep breath and then wraps his arms around my waist and pulling me into him. He breathes in my scent and I feel him relax. Once the movie is over he seems perfectly fine.

"Ok now that everyone is here lets go see Kenzie's new room." Jenny says hoping off of the couch. We all follow her up the stairs and towards Kenzie's room. The door has Kenzie name on it and has been repainted white. We walk into the room and the walls have been painted a light blue colour. There is butterfly stickers all around us. She has a double bed complete with a light pink canopy and her bed is a light pink colour.

"Thanks, I love it!" She says excitedly and gives everyone a big hug.

"Your welcome sweetie." Deans says.

"Ok bedtime." I say and everyone leaves the room but Dean. We grab her a purple night gown and tuck her into bed. After reading her Cinderella she falls asleep and we leave the room. I head straight to our bedroom and change into a pair of shorts and a tank top. Once I brush my teeth I crawl into the bed. Soon Dean joins me and pulls me towards him.

"So what happened with your dad?" I asks turning over so I can see his face.

"We argued that's it."

"And why do I not believe that?"

"Well it's the truth my mom pulled us apart before it got to far." He says breathing in my scent to calm his wolf again. He then moves around so that his face is right in front of mine. My eyes flicker between his lips and his eyes. Soon he is leaning closer and our lips meet half way. Once I pull away to breath and he continues kissing my neck right where he will mark me.

"Dean." I say and he immediately stops and sits up.

"Sorry I got carried away." He says breathing hard.

"N...no I was going to say mark me." I say and I hid my face into the pillows. He's probably not ready to mark me yet. I hear him take in a deep breath.

"Are you sure?" He asks.

"Yes but if your not ready then forget I said anything, you know what I think that's best." I say and then turn over. I feel his arms wrap around me and turn me so I'm facing him.

"That's not what I meant I just wanted to make sure that your ready because we can't take it back."

"Yes I'm ready." I say and I see his eyes darken a little and he crashed his lips to mine. Then he trails kisses down to where he is going to mark me and then he bites down and I scream until the feeling changes from pain to pleasure. He then retracts his teeth and seals the wound with his tongue.

"Hey get some sleep this process takes a lot out of both of us." He says as he pulls me into his chest and we both fall asleep.

Skylars pov

I wake up to hearing my mom sneaking out of the house. It's no surprise of where she is going. Every year on June fourteenth she goes out to the grave yard and visits Summers grave. After I hear the door shut down stairs I change into a a pair of shorts and a red tank top before heading down stairs as well. I sneak out the front door not wanting to wake up Noah who was sleeping on the couch. I head into the woods and do my morning run. I'm almost at the path that will take me home when my dad mind links me. 'Hey Skylar since your out do you mind going to get your mom so she and you can clean up before the pack meeting'

'Ya sure dad see you in ten minutes' I mind link him before turning and jogging down the path that leads to the cemetery. Sometimes I feel like mom loves Summer way more than she does me. Like she never wanted another child but my dad has told me what happened and how they wanted another child but my real dad destroyed this when he took my mom and then my sister. Once I reach the cemetery I run around the edge of the woods until I see my mom kneeling in front of Summers grave.
