When Bucky net woke up, he immediately acknowledged that he had been strapped down onto an experiment chair. In front of him was Steve, also strapped to his own chair. He was awake and was looking at him.

"So.." Steve said, his voice wavering slightly. "This is....hydra?"

Bucky looked around him. Dark grey and old walls. Metallic container room. Inhumane treatment. Experimental equipment. Shit situation. "Yeah."

"What happened back there?" Steve asked hesitantly. "Did you know yn or not?"

Bucky signed. "She was selected by hydra for testing. After their success, they sent her to be trained at the Red Room. We worked together on a few....missions, until I escaped."

"She can turn invisible on command?" Steve asked, memorising the scene back at the fight.

"No." Bucky replied. "She doesn't turn invisible, she kinds of-"

"Molecular rearrangement, photographic memory and skills mimicking." A man said as he walked into the room. "She bends reality to her will, yet she doesn't have her own will. Is that not interesting?" Then he looked at the both of them and smiled. "Welcome Captain, and welcome back, Soldier."

"What do you mean she doesn't have her own will?" Bucky asked, aggressively struggling against his chair. "You brainwashed her? Zola you son of a bitch! You-" he didn't get to finished his sentence, a shot of electricity ran through the chairs, hitting him up and shocking him into silence. After about 5 seconds, the electricity was turned off, leaving Bucky to lay wide eyed on the chair, panting for breath.

Zola smiled. "Come now soldier, have you learnt nothing during your 70 years with us?"

"What did you do to her?" Bucky asked again, feeling weakened by the electricity that just ran through his veins.

"I did nothing. We only gave her the super soldier serum and powers using the sceptre, making her into one of the enhanced." Zola smiled. Then he gasped lightly. "Ohh you're on about the whole, free will still? That's the red room's doing. Dreykov's special chemicals that allows her to be under our command. But of course, Dreykov's dead now." He turned and faced Steve. "The doings of your friend Romanoff."

Steve opened his mouth to pose questions, but immediately shouted up when he saw Zola hold up the switch for the electric chairs. Then the crazy scientist smiled. "Watch what you say Cap, the consequences might be unbearable."

Steve looked at the control for a second. "I thought you were dead." He looked at Zola in the eyes, the man who stood grinning at them. "How are you still alive?"

Zola looked surprise at the fact that Steve spoke regardless of his threat, but then laughed. "Come now Rogers, it's not that hard. You can un-age, Barnes can, so what makes you think I can't?"

"You injected yourself?" Steve asked back. "But you'd still age unless-" then he fell silent and looked at him in shock.

"Yeah, you figured it out now haven't you Cap?" Zola smiled and sat down on a chair, twisting the control in his left hand whilst his right hand began pushing on little buttons in front of a screen, pulling up data files. "You see cap, when you froze in the ice, the high level of glucose running in your blood strengthened your body, they were too thick to be frozen whilst the ice preserved your body. If we apply the science of that, then it's not that hard."

After he said this, he turned around to face the two super soldiers strapped onto the chairs. Then he looked at Bucky in the eyes. "How was it? Your little reunion with yn?" Bucky stayed silent, turning his head to another direction to not face the grinning man. But Zola continued regardless. "I'm calling her over right now, she'll be in charge of you two during your lovely visit here. Enjoy."

Then he stood up and put the controller down on the desk. The second after, a knocking was heard on the door, but was opened without waiting for Zola's permission. Walking in to the room was Yn, her hair loose behind her. She said nothing. Zola smiled and walked towards her. "You will ensure that they stay alive and doesn't escape." Then he patted her on the shoulder and left the room.

Yn nodded and watched as Zola left the room, shutting the door behind him. Yn turned to look at the two super soldiers, who looked at her back in return. Though the former was calm and still, the two men were feeling uneasy. She held eye contact with Bucky for a moment before turning to the lab desk full of complicated equipments. Then she began tapping away on the screens.

Seeing that she's not attacking them or hurting them, the two men let out a sign of relieve, though Steve's guard is still up. Bucky looked at her sadly. "Yn, don't you remember me?"

"I do." Yn replied, her voice sounding gentle and soothing, though she did not look back and continued doing what she was doing. Bucky's eyes lit up in hope. "The Winter Soldier, originally named James Buchanan Barnes. Would you prefer to be referred to by Winter Soldier, James, or Barnes?"

Bucky's little sparkle of hope diminished and when he next spoke, his voice sounded more raspy. "You really don't remember me." He took a moment to readjust his voice. "I prefer you to call me Bucky."

Yn continued working. "Understood." Then she turned and looked at Steve. "Steven Grant Rogers, Captain America. Would you prefer to be referred to by Captain America, Steve, or Rogers?"

Steve eyes her suspiciously. Then he turned and looked at Bucky, who gave him a desperate look that could either mean 'tell her your real name' or 'pretend to be dead', so he went with the first option. "Steve."

"Understood." Not once during their conversation did she turn around to look back at the two super soldiers.

Steve looked at Bucky. "You weren't this calm when you were winter soldier, why is she able to speak to us without throwing daggers with us at the same time?"

"She haven't been ordered to kill us, but to keep us alive." Bucky replied. "I think."

Steve was about to say something but their attention was, instead, attracted to the loud beeping noise the equipment began to make. Fluid of different colours emerged from the tubed, mixing together and being heated or cooled down. Eventually, they ended up into two syringes in a shade of lilac purple. Yn picked up the syringes and began walking towards Steve and Bucky, who started feeling uneasy again.

"What's that?" Steve asked, struggling against his restraint. "What are you doing?"

"This is confidential." Yn replied, still walking towards them. "It will temporarily deactivate the super soldier serum flowing in your veins by initiating a lockdown system forcing them to cluster around your essential organs, therefore disabling any form of defensive strength you may have gained from the serum."

"......why temporarily?" Steve asked.

"In case they need you."

"Who?"

"I do not know." Yn replied. "I am instructed in this way."

"Why are you telling us this?" Steve asked again as yn stuck the needle into his arm, pushing the chemicals through. It was painful, he felt his organs beginning to fail as his strength left him, supporting him and ensuring that he stays alive. But now he feels striped of any form of defence.

Yn took out the needle. "Your réponse to the injection will be observed for 5 minutes before you may be free of restraints." Then she began doing the same to Bucky.

"Why are you telling us this?" Steve asked again, though this time sounding more weak.

"Because I have not been instructed otherwise."
