Aria's POV:
The turtles and I are watching from the statue outside 'Famous Lou-Mike-Tony-Toney's Pizza' as April and Sunita sit across from one another in a booth.
Donnie: "Operation Pizza, subset of Operation Normal is going great."
Me: "Uh, I wouldn't be so sure."
I point to the Foot as they crouch behind an outdoor table.
Leo: "Operation Normal just went defcon red alert."
Donnie: "They usually go by number, but let's move."
We leap from the statue to fight with the Foot until April sees us. After the Foot Recruit kicks Leo to the ground, April rushes out to check on us.
April: "Leo!"
Leo: "Hey, sweetheart."
April: "Are you good? Are you ok?"
Leo smiles with a thumbs up.
April: "Good, good, now, um, I don't want you to take this the wrong way, but...Are you following me?!"
Leo: "No."
April: "So you just happened to be selling pretzels with Ari earlier and now fighting right here?"
Leo: "Would you believe yes?"
April: "Ok. But I just want one day where I don't get caught up in all the weirdness. Please just fight somewhere else. Ok?"
Leo nods as April kisses his cheek in thanks before walking back into the pizzeria. Leo looks after her with a lovesick grin before the Foot Recruit tackles him to the ground again, so I leap over to help him.
Me: "You got it bad, hermano."
Leo: "Yes. Yes, I do."
Me: "Welcome to the club. I'm happy for you both, but let's get back to work. Preferably somewhere else."
{Time skip}
So, now we're fighting the Foot at a laser tag place. Unfortunately, April and Sunita came here too.
April: "Again? Come on, guys. Ruining my normal day and laser tag? Laser tag is sacred."
Casey: "Beyond sacred. How could you?"
Me: "We've been trying to help you have a normal day, but these Foot bozos keep following you."
Casey: "That's what you think we're doing? Ha!"
April: "Ok, look, I'm gonna help you kick their butts, and then you guys gotta go. Deal?"
Leo and April fist bump in agreement.
Leo: "Deal. Operation Normal is about to get un-normal and then go back to normal."
Leo & April take on the Foot Recruit, while Donnie & I take the Foot Brute. Then, Sunita leaps into the fight to take on Foot Brute herself.
Donnie: "Uh, was that Sunita? Got a little pepper."
Me: "Yeah, I think I like this girl."
Afterward, it's the turtles and me vs. the Foot when a green flash explodes to cover the Foot in goo.
Casey: "I shall require medical attention."
