Aria's POV:

The portal drops us off at the lair so we can regroup and think of a game plan.

Mikey: "Home sweet home, baby!"

Splinter: "I was a fool to trust Big Mama to dispose of the Shredder. Now he is back and threatens all of humanity."

April: "Hey, at least the people of New York are still safe inside the mystic orb."

Mikey: "Why don't we let them out?"

Splinter: "No. Not with Shredder out there."

Leo: "Dad's right. We don't want them to get shredded. Instead, we should...insert Raph's plan here!"

Raph: "Honestly, I don't know. We already hit him with everything we got, so...insert Dad's plan here!"

Splinter: "I got nothing."

Donnie holds a stethoscope up to the side of Splinter's head.

Donnie: "But Papa, you were trained from birth to protect the world from Shredder. Surely your mind must be filled with answers."

Splinter swats Donnie away with his tail.

Splinter: "Unfortunately, I filled it with a lot of other stuff too. Why did I not listen to Grandpa Sho's painfully boring lessons on the secret of defeating Shredder?"

Dad: "If you were there when he spoke, then the answer is buried somewhere in your memories."

Splinter: "Yes, but that would mean sending my sons and your daughter to the most horrifying, hideous place they have ever been."

Leo: "Jersey?-*laughs*-Callback."

Splinter: "No, my memories."

The Turtles scream in terror as Dad sets up the necessary tools for the spell.

Dad: "You will be transported into the rat's brain. Once inside, you will use the sands of time to move deeper into his memories."

April: "This is safe, right?"

Dad: "Yes, I would not allow Aria to go with them otherwise. However, memories don't like to be tampered with, and they may find a way to fight back. Luckily, I have prepared her for such an event."

Donnie: "Ok, once we're in, we need to find Grandpa Sho. Leave no memory unturned."

Splinter: "What about the memories I want to keep private?"

Me: "We'll try to leave them alone if it's not something we need. You have my word on that."

Splinter nods gratefully but still seems uneasy about the whole thing.

Dad: "Good luck."

Dad transports the five of us into Splinter's mind.

Donnie: "Did it work? Are we in Dad's memory?"

I inspect our surroundings to find that we are on an old movie set.

Leo: *gasps* "Look, look, look, look, look!"

Leo points to a man carting a vat of hot soup around.

Leo: "We're on the set of a Lou Jitsu movie!"
