New to Nevermore

Yn pov

"I'm sure that yn will have an amazing time here at Nevermore Academy !" principle Weems told my parents and I. "I'm sure she will to." my mother said. " Okay miss yn, you will be sharing a room with two people , I hope that's okay with you". I smile and say " that's alright" I just hope they are nice. "Okay then let's go." principle Weems said.

We walk out of principle Weems office and walk to my new room.

Principle Weems knocks on the door and a girl with short pink and blue hair opens the door. "Hi I'm Enid Sinclair, your new roomie!" She doesn't give me anytime time to speak before she wraps her arms around me in a hug. I hug her back with them same affection, " Hi I'm yn, it's nice to meet you Enid."

Another girls appears from behind Enid. "Oh and that's Wednesday, Wednesday this is our new roomie yn." Wednesday gives me a nod and I nod and smile back at her. "It seems like yn will fit in just fine here" my mother says with a smile. " We should get going. If you need anything yn just give us a call okay " my father says. "Okay dad goodbye" I said. My parents give me a hug and leave.

"Do you need help with getting settled in ?" Enid asks. "No I'm got it but thank you though" I said. "So yn what are you ?" Enid asked me. "Im half angel and half demon but majority of powers are demonic." "That's really cool ! I'm a werewolf." As she says that her claws come out. "That's nice. What about you Wednesday? " " I'm a raven." Wednesday says. Her tone is very deadpan but nice.

"Since your new here yn would you like a tour of the school?" Enid asks me. "I would love one". I smile. "I'm staying here. It's my writing time" Wednesday says. "Okay bye !" Me and Enid leave the room. "Don't mind Wednesday she stays to herself but she is a nice person when you get to know her." Enid tells me. I'll be sure to remember that.

She gives me the whole rundown of the school. The werewolves and vampires stoners and the whole 9 yards. "I'm guessing those are sirens." I say pointing at the group of people talking at the fountain. "You catch on. That's Bianca Barkley the closest thing nevermore has to royalty". She's gorgeous. "Her crown has been slipping lately. She used to be dating our resident tortured artist, Xavier Thorpe, but they broke up in the beginning of the semester". She points over to a boy.  Holy shit he's fine as fuck !

I start smiling to myself and I turn to Enid " Im going to go talk to him. I'll be right back. " Enid was shocked to say the least but I didn't care and headed over to him. "Hi I'm yn. I love your artwork." He turns to look at me. He gives me a small smile "Im Xavier and thank you. Your new here right ?". "I am. I just got here today." "Oh nice. I think your gonna like it here at Nevermore. I have to get going but it was nice meeting you yn." He gives me one last smile before he left.

I think I'm going to enjoy it here too.
