"Ah! It's still here!" says Serenity happily, jumping excitedly and clapping her hand.
Both Serenity and Draco are now in front of Flourish and Bolts. All witches and wizards look at them in a weird way as Serenity jumps excitedly in front of the shop. Draco looks down and stays away from Serenity out of embarrassment.
"Are you going in or not?" asked Draco annoyingly and walks into the shop fast.
Serenity walks fast at Draco's back and walks into the shop. The shop is empty. Serenity walks fast to the counter and hit the bell. Someone peers from behind the door, behind the counter.
"Oh! Miss Snape, it is truly are blessings to see you today. I shall bring all of the books that you have asked for. And oh! Shall I brew the tea, to get them ready if you want to read at our launch?" ask the shop owner.
"Please do and I do plan on staying for a while to read, but if you don't mind that I bring my new friend with me," say Serenity politely.
"Not at all. You are our best customer. Any friends of yours are welcome" says the shopkeeper.
"Are you sure?" asked Draco from Serenity's back.
The shopkeeper squeak out of fear when he saw Draco.
"M..... m..... Mr Malfoy, it is truly our pleasure to have you here in my humble shop, sir" said the shopkeeper, bowing low to Draco.
"At ease, I am not here under the Dark Lord's order. I'm here to keep her company" said Draco and walks away, looking around.
"If it is not too much," says Serenity with the most beautiful smile that she shows.
"Anything for you Miss Snape," said the shopkeeper with relief.
The shopkeeper waves his hand and makes two large stacks of books land on the counter. Serenity smiled and start to look at all books one by one. Felt that it will take a while, Draco go up to the second floor and walk slowly from one bookshelf to another. Maybe he looks for transfigurations books. Or maybe an Alchemy book.
"I'm done. Come, it is not much but the reading launch is comforting" say Serenity and usher Draco to follow her through a door.
Draco follows Serenity and he smiles. The reading launch does remind him of his family's reading area inside their library. Minus the mountains of bookshelves and the refreshing view of the pines forest. The view of the reading room shows the rooftop of the shops of the Daigon Ally.
"Not bad" smiled Draco.
"Oh look, they already get the tea and some pastries ready for us," say Serenity and takes a seat on the armchair.
Draco follows and takes a seat while Serenity pulls out the book that she has purchased.
"Did you buy any books?" asked Serenity.
"Nothing attracts me," said Draco.
"Do you want to read one of my books?" asked Serenity.
"Not now but please have one book out from me in case I change my mind," said Draco and making himself comfortable.
"What subject do you want to read on?" ask Serenity as she pulls out a book on the potion.
"Transfigurations," said Draco.
"Here you are," says Serenity and hand over the book.
Draco takes it and put it on the table on his side. Serenity opens her book and starts to read as she makes the book float in front of her.
"Sorry but I want to ask you something" interrupts Draco, he just remember something.
"What is it?" asked Serenity.
