Sweet, rich and nutty. Your family will love them so much they won't let them stick around for long.

Ingredients:

6 cups Corn Biscuits cereal, finely ground into 2 cups of crumbs
¼ cup sugar
½ cup butter, melted
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
12 oz. red raspberry preserves, seedless
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, combine cereal crumbs and sugar; add butter and mix. Press evenly into the bottom of a greased, foil lined, 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Evenly drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over crumbs, reserving 1/3 of the can for the top of bars. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Spread preserves over the top of condensed milk. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts. Drizzle the remaining condensed milk over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. Cool completely. Cut into 24 bars. Store bars in the refrigerator.
