Weaknesses of a Fake

Satsuki pov: I was plowing my way through the ghouls; I now had a rhythm and wasn't going to allow myself to be caught lacking again.

In the distance, I could see Arcuied fighting that black-haired girl. They were fast, but my eyes could keep up with them. It was good that I wasn't going to let her fight alone, and I stood a chance of helping when I noticed a ghoul had begun to overwhelm Arihiko.

I immediately pushed back and grabbed the ghoul before doing a flip hitting it with a power bomb

"Arihiko you need to run!" I demanded

"No I want to relive you of some of this burden!" He explained

"Be careful then!" I yelled as I ran towards the impending battle.

"Watch out, Saachin!" Arihiko yelled as an enormous ghoul landed in front of me. It looked mangled and disgusting, a mesh of multiple ghouls.

I stopped running allowing myself to skid on the ground and then I leaned down putting my fingers into the ground I pushed up making a giant concrete slab that crushed the ghoul before pushing myself up into the air

Arcueid slightly noticed me and made Altrouge stand in a specific spot I fell towards her slamming into the black haired girl

I grabbed her shoulders and flipped behind her grabbing her arms making it so they were behind her she couldn't move

"Nice going Satsuki!" Arcueid shouted as she send three slashes that way

In less than a second, I suddenly felt a throbbing pain on my back as an ominous shadow passed. I heard a tear in my clothes and felt blood seeping down my back. I glanced over to see a man laughing at me.

He was an average man with blueish hair and glasses. He wore a white trench coat with a grey undershirt. His knife was like an ordinary kitchen knife, and it was dripping with my blood.

"Who are you?" I asked.

I was suddenly thrown away, and Altrouge dodged the attacks that Arcuied sent at me, so I was standing face-to-face with the newcomer.

"I'm Tohno Shiki im going to kill you again Satsuki my beloved" the man laughed

"Hahahahaha!" I began laughing.

"What's so funny!?" the man screamed.

"Shiki isn't a pathetic loser like you..." I scoffed

"A-a loser! I'll show you a loser!" The man yelled

"Die Yumizuka-chan!" The fake screamed as he ran at me. He slashed his knife, but it instantly shattered on my body.

I didn't give him time to realize what had happened, and I grabbed him and began to spin him around before throwing him into the air.

"Uragh!" He screamed as he hit the air.

I jumped up, meeting him midair, and spun him so his feet were up, and I grabbed him going for the pile driver.

"Stop!" The man yelled in horror as we hurried towards the ground. At the last minute, I spun him upwards, stopping him from hitting the ground.

I dropped him as he twitched. I gave him a heart attack. At least I would have gone easier on him, but he pissed me off and I lost it a bit.

"Are you okay, Saachin?" Arihiko asked.

"Yeah, I regenerated, however, my clothes are torn...." I sighed.

"Let's get you new clothes after," Arihiko stated.

"Now's not the time!" I said.

I couldn't find Arcuied and Altrouge anymore. I couldn't sense them either. I had no idea where they could have gone.

There was an explosion in the distance, so if I had to bet, they were over there. "Let's go Arihiko!" I yelled as we both ran that direction.

"D-damn it!" Arcueid scoffed as she struggled to get up, blood dripping from her as she soaked her white shirt and dyed it red.

"Arcueid!" I yelled as I jumped in front of her.

"Perfect, I'll kill my sister after you go first!" Altrouge stated as her eyes began to glow.

"Kneel" Altrouge demanded

Arihiko began to kneel, but I didn't. Altrouge looked at me, confused by the fact that I had withstood her mystic eyes of enchantment.

"Reality Marb-" I was suddenly cut off by Altrouge, who had shot at me, jabbing her arm into my stomach and out the back.

"Blugh!" I coughed as blood began to come out of my mouth.

Altrouge went to pull out her hand, suddenly realizing that she couldn't

"W-what is going on!" she asked.

"I got you right where I want you!" I laughed as I began hitting her with a barrage of punches.

Each one hit her like a truck as she visibly took damage and had no way to stop it. With one final punch, she was dislodged from me and she rammed into a telephone pole. One of the wires fell and began to shock her.

"Satsuki, good job," Arcueid said as she stood up and walked towards her sister.

"No... no... no!" Altrouge screamed as she suddenly sent out a wave of projectiles from her slashes.

All Arcueid and I could do was dodge; we couldn't get close, and we suddenly were on the defensive again.

"Haha Arcueid, how does it feel to be the weakest Brunstud!?" Altrouge asked.

"Tsk, you coward," Arcueid scowled.

"Utahhhh!" Arihiko screamed. He somehow snuck up behind the black-haired vampire and grabbed hold of her, stopping the assault.

She elbowed him and prepared to kill him, but I ran at her and kicked her away, grabbing Arihiko and jumping away before she could recover.

"Altrouge, I'll be asking that same question in a minute," Arcueid said.

"Just die already, you loser!" Altrouge yelled.

"I could say the same to you," Arcueid said as his eyes began to glow.

"Arihiko, are you awake?" I asked.

"Yeah," he stated.

"You need to run," I said.

"No, I won't!" he said.

"Damn it..." I said

"Don't worry Saachin, I got this!" Arcueid proudly stated as she and Altrouge clashed once more.
