Within Three Minutes

Ciel pov: "Noel, stand back." I tell her.

"Wait Elisia You need to stall, and you are trying to fight in the front. Get back; I'll fight in the front!" Noel claimed

"Noel, you can't fi-"

Since I was distracted, the female Nrvnqsr charged at me in the form of a bull ramming into my stomach with a brutal headbutt. "Clgh!" I coughed violently, feeling the urge to vomit due to how hard I was hit in the stomach, but I took the pain

I grabbed her by the horns. "When you grab a bull by the horns, you better be ready for a ride!" I shouted that I was being thrashed around until I planted my feet on the ground and picked her up, spinning around as fast as I could until I thought I had enough speed. I threw her at Noel, and she slammed her polearm into it like she was a batter at a baseball game.

The female Nrvnqsr stood back up almost immediately, however, "Whaaaaat!? That attack should have cracked her head open. This Maiko Yamase chick is the real deal!" Noel shouts

"Unfortunately, we can't kill Maiko Yamase. Shiki has to do it," I claim.

"Wait, but... he isn't here!!!" Noel shouts

"Yup, so we have no way to finish her off, but we can stall him or destroy her enough that the regeneration process takes too long!" I say

"Are there any other options?" Noel asks

"We can wait until they defeat Wallachia, and then she'll perish since she's a Tatari creature." I say

Nrvnqsr appeared behind me, and a giant spider popped out of her, shooting a web at me. I sensed it, so I was able to pull out keys and slice the web before I was caught within them. The eight legs began to launch at me simultaneously. I sliced five, but the sixth, seventh, and eighth stabbed into me, one in my left leg, the other in my right shoulder, and the final one right above my stomach.

I dropped my keys in pain, and Nrvnqsr used the millisecond of stun to her advantage. She turned her body from a spider to a beetle, and it was about to close on me and decapitate my upper and lower bodies. However, before it could clamp, I caught it with my hands. "Nrvnqsr, you won't defeat me!!!"

"Elisia, look out!!!" Noel screamed

I looked up and saw some weird creatures tail it was coming down at my head from his back and was going to stab into my head "Shit!!!" I shout Noel stepped in, blocking it with her polearm and a key.

"This isn't a good position..." Noel growled I knew that Nrvnqsr was applying more pressure, and it was harder to hold the beetle back. Worse, if I can't hold this back, Noel will also get hurt from this.

"Noel, jump back!" I command

"No, because if I do, your head is going to explode once that thing hits you!" She retorted

She was correct about that, and I don't think I can survive my head exploding.

I thought about how to get out of this predicament since neither of us can use our hands currently, and if Noel lifts up her arm just a little to try to throw her key, I'm done.

I looked over and saw a key that I dropped was really close to my feet. This was a gamble, but I lightened my grip for a millisecond to kick the key into the air, severing the right part of the beetle, allowing Noel and I to get back to safety.

"That was close." I pant

"Quit being so hasty, Elesia..." Noel sighs

"I apologize, Noel... How much time is left, Nanako?" I ask her.

"A little over two minutes," she said. "Now only one minute!" She claimed

"Okay, we killed some time..." I sigh

"Only fifty-three seconds and counting!" Nanako said

"I got it!" I shout

I rushed Nrvnqsr and began to try something to make it so she couldn't react by pressuring her as much as I could. I ripped keys out and began furiously slashing, making sure she had no time to actually react and that she was auto-reacting with her reality marble.

"Thirty seconds!" Nanako yelled

I swung a key down, managing to slash her once, twice, and a third time, and then I kicked her back, only to rocket myself forward and hit a spin slash.

"I-I can't react!" She cried out.

"Twenty seconds!" Nanako shouts

I was a little short on my next attack, so she began to try to counterattack, but Noel hit her towards me from behind, and that allowed me to start my attack barrage one more time.

"Ten!" Nanako yelled as I slashed.

"Nine!" She yelled as Noel hit Nrvnqsr.

"Eight!" She shouts after a kick by me.

"Seven!" Nanako said after Noel kicked Nrvnqsr into my own kick.

"Six!" Nanako screamed, and at the same time, I punched Nrvnqsr in the face.

"Five!" Nanako hissed as Noel, and I hit Nrvnqsr's with flaming keys.

"Four!" Nanako sang as I uppercut the still-flaming Nrvnqsr.

"Three!" She cried out as Noel threw Nrvnqsr at me and bashed her over the head with the seventh holy scripture.

"Two!!!" Nanako eagerly shouts as Noel stabs through Nrvnqsr with her polearm, locking her into place.

"One! Let's do this, Ciel!" Nanako yelled as I got her in a ready position. I was about to shoot, but a frog suddenly appeared out of her neck. It's tongue launched out at such high speed that it knocked the seventh holy scripture out of my hands.

"Wha-" I begin to question

"The hell?" Noel questioned

We both saw the seventh holy scripture hit the ground but didn't process it due to the speed it was hit to the ground with, and I didn't have time to try to pick it up as Nrvnqsr was powering up and beginning a new attack.

This isn't good at all.
