Ciel pov: Noel was sitting across from me. Just stating at me, I didn't know why she was looking at me so intently; it was like she was trying to get me to notice something.
"What?" I question her while tweaking the seventh holy scripture and looking back at her.
"Today is your birthday!" She claims
"So?" I sigh
I continued to work on the seventh holy scripture, and she was pouting. She went over to me and began to nudge me, "Elesia, it's your birthday!" She whines
"I'm hanging out with you, so does it matter?" I ask
"Yes, it is your birthday!!!" Noel shouts
"Fine, let's celebrate it this year!" I sigh
Noel kissed me passionately and then made me stand up, dragging me along. "Hey Ciel..." Riesbyfe said that as soon as she saw me, I noticed she was clearly trying to sneak around getting supplies for Sion and Yumizuka-chan.
"Hey..." I scowled.
"Eh? I'm your boss. What is up with the hostility?" Riesbyfe asked
"Did you bring the vampires here?" I ask
"No, actually, yes," she said.
"You could have not said that," Sion said.
"Hey..." Sacchin giggles
"Hello," I reply.
I am fine with Yumizuka-chan; after all, we go to school together. It is fine, and honestly, she is adorable as well.
"Ciel, you are looking extra stupid today!" Arcueid laughs while gaining my attention.
"Arcueid..." I lowly growl.
The vampire laughed and bowed before me, "in the flesh!" She said
"I want curry!" I shouted
"Here you go," Noel said, placing the curry in front of me. I immediately dug in.
I began to chow down as fast as I could, and Noel began to speak, giving me deja vu.
"Ciel, you need to slow down!" Noel told me:
"Why?" I asked with a mouth full of curry.
"We don't want you to choke!" Noel said loudly:
I nodded and swallowed all the curry, only to feel a tap on my shoulder right after I looked over and saw Nanako, who had finally woken up.
"Happy birthday," she said to me softly.
"Thanks," I said softly.
"Watching you eat that curry was disgusting." Arcueid sighs
I stood up and grabbed the seventh holy scripture, preparing to shoot her.
"Shut up..." I scoffed
Noel grabbed my hand and pulled me outside. I was surprised that she didn't want me to do the dishes.
"Morning, Senpai, happy birthday!" Arihiko said as he approached me.
"Morning and thanks," I said.
"All I want is to eat delicious confectionaries, so hurry up!" Arcueid stated
"Shut up, or I'll kick your ass!" I shout
"No, you will lose again!" Arcueid said
"You will lose, and I'm shocked you remembered it is my birthday!"
"Why would I remember someone's worthless birthday?" Arcueid asked
"You aren't going to ask to fight me?" I asked
"No, you are boring to me. Like I always say, Sion is the only woman that can satisfy me after all," Arcueid said.
"Do you want to fight her?" Noel asked
"Yes!" I shouted
"Fine, I'll fight," Arcueid said.
"Oh, shut up, I'll kill you!" I yelled
Arcuied decked me in the face, and I immediately jumped back up.
"Ouch!" I scream.
She ran up to me and kicked at me, but I jumped back to dodge. She did a quick spin before pushing me off the ground and slashing at my head. I barely managed to duck under the attack. She inverted her arm and slashed back, grazing the bridge of my nose a bit with her, and as she turned with that slash, she dragged her left foot across the ground and swept me off the ground before bringing her knee up and smashing it into my face.
I fell to the ground again before jumping up.
"Why are you being so rough!?" I ask
She didn't answer me, and she began to sprint in my direction. I scoffed and threw a key at her, but she jumped into the air, dodging it, and as soon as she got behind me, she turned and kicked me in the back of the head.
I stumbled forward, and as soon as I turned to face her, she was gone. A second later, she appeared on my left side, slamming her fist into my cheek and smashing me into the ground. I burrowed a great distance due to how much force she attacked with.
Right after she stood in front of me with her hand out, I looked confused but took her hand and squeezed it.
"You are lucky to have these friends," she claimed.
Friends?
I looked on and saw that they had set up a party for me while I was distracted. "How did you do this so fast!?" I ask
"With a little help from me!" Kohaku said I glared at the maid, upset that she was here, but I had no choice but to ignore it.
Noel walked up to me and kissed me once again. "Be happy!" She said
I took a deep breath and sighed, "I will..." I say
I pulled her in for a deeper kiss, and she seemed to melt within this kiss.
Over the years, I haven't been the most romantic, but this year I want to be here for Noel and show her how much I love her. Being able to spend my birthday with her makes me really happy.
"Do you want your gift?" She asks
"Gift?" I question
"Your birthday present!" Noel said
"No, you're it..." I say it silently.
"How cheesy!" Noel snorts
That is cheesy but then again I'm talking to her
