I kissed Dwayne on the lips as he entered my house.
I wanted my family to be here when I tell them about my graduation.

I was finally graduating high school this week and I wanted all of them to be there for me.

Dwayne sat on the little ottoman beside Liam.

Carl sat on the couch between me and Lip. Fiona stood up and Debbie sat in the big chair with Ian.

"So Ivy, what's up?" Lip asked me.

"So I'm graduating high school this Friday. I wanted you all to be there. It starts at seven and it's at the big gym." I explained to me family.

They all nodded.

"Yeah I can make it." Fiona said. I smiled at her then lip and Ian spoke up.

"I can make it too." They said.

Carl and Debbie said they would come too and Liam just nodded.

I looked to Dwayne and he was smiling at me.

"I'll come too." He said.

I gave my family a big smile then we all went back to doing whatever.

Carl and lip left the couch and Dwayne sat next to me.

"So, what do you want to do?" He asked me.

"I need to get a dress for my graduation. You can help me pick one." I said.

He nodded and smiled at me. We got up and left the house. I got in his truck and he started to drive to a little dress shop near town.

"How'd you know about this place?" I asked him.

"My sister begs my dad to take her here when we pass by it." He said.

I nodded and we got out and went inside. I looked through the dresses and tried to find a modest black one.

I saw one on the rack that was just plain black and had long sleeves. It was short and went to just right above my knees. It also had a long neck but not too long.

"You should try it on." Dwayne said as he watched me examine the dress.

I nodded and went to the dressing room and put the dress on. I looked in the mirror and ran my hands over my thighs. The dress made me look beautiful.

I left the dressing room and Dwayne's mouth dropped.

"Does it uh, look alright?" I asked him as I felt my hand get sweaty. He hadn't ever really seen me in a dress like this.

"Ivy, it looks beautiful. That one is perfect for you!" Dwayne praised as he stalked over to me and tucked my hair behind my ear. His eyes trailed down my body and back up slowly.

His eyes were full of love, not lust or greed.

"Thank you Dwayne. I think I am going to try one more on though. I saw a other one at the front." I told him. He nodded and I changed back into my original clothes.

I walked to the front and grabbed the other dress.

This one was beautiful as well. It had mesh long sleeves and the sleeves hung off the shoulders. The dress had a crossover design on the waist and went above my knees. It was very pretty.

I tried it on and smiled to myself. I loved it, it made my figure look beautiful and highlighted all of my good body features. I walked out of the dressing room again and stood in front of Dwayne.

He smiled widely and he carefully kissed me. He placed his hands on my waist and looked me in the eyes.

"This one is gorgeous, I love it." He said breathlessly. I blushed and smiled at him.

"Then I'll get this one." I said as I gave him a kiss and changed back into my regular clothes. Dwayne bought the dress for me, much to my surprise. Then we left the shop.

"Do you want to go eat?" He asked me. I nodded and he held my hand in his.

After we finished eating dwayne dropped me off back at my house. He had to go do some chores for his parents.

As I walked upstairs I heard yelling and I sighed. I put the bag that held my dress into my side of the closet and went into Debbie's room where I heard the arguing.

I saw Debbie and Fiona yelling at each other and stood outside the door as I listened to the conversation.

"You can't have a boy in your bed!" Fiona yelled.

"Why not? You do." Debbie snapped back. I always got annoyed at how much Debbie would argue with people, but it does help her sometimes.

"I'm a grown up!" Fiona argued.

"I'm pregnant!" Debbie said. I sighed and listened closely to what would happen next. I told Debbie I would be with her when she told Fiona. But obviously she said it out of anger.

"No you're not." Fiona chuckled. There was not a response from Debbie and I felt my anxiety grow by the minute.

"No you're not." Fiona said more serious and quiet. Fiona slammed open Debbie's bedroom door and stomped down the stairs angrily, not sparking me a glance. I looked into the room and saw Debbie crying on her bed. I went over to her and hugged her into my chest.

"I'm sorry for not being here." I told her as I rubbed her back.

"It's not your fault. It's mine." Debbie sobbed. I frowned and ran my fingers through her hair.

"I don't know what I'm going to do" she said.

"Fiona just try and understand her." I pleaded with my older sister. She hasn't spoken to Debbie since that night. It's been three days.

"Ivy, she made this mistake and she's gonna have to fix it. It's her baby and I'm not helping her with it." Fiona said as she moved around the kitchen cooking breakfast.

"I get that, but she needs some type of support!" I said. Fiona shook her head and I sighed and angrily walked out of the kitchen and out of the house. Dwayne was waiting for me by his truck and smiled when he saw me.

I hugged him and we shared a kiss before we got in his truck and left my house.

"What happened today?" He asked me.

"Debbie's pregnant and she's keeping it and Fiona is ignoring her. This family is so fucking annoying." I told my boyfriend. He nodded and held my hand.

I'm graduating tomorrow and if they can't get along then I don't know what's gonna happen.
