After spending three days with Wang He Di in Shanghai, Shen Yue finally arrives in Wuxi with Xiao Zhan. They resolve to spend the night at a hotel and meet Yue's family the next day at lunchtime.
Xiao Zhan enters Shen Yue's suite holding a cup of tea.
"Guess what I bought you?"
"Just speak! I don't want to guess" like a sly little girl, she mutters without opening her eyes.
He puts the cup on the bedside table and sits down next to her.
"Yue", he touches her forehead, "your fever has gone down".
Shen Yue slowly opens her eyes and sees the producer holding a box of chocolates.
"If you drink all the tea, I'll let you eat all the sweets" Xiao Zhan smiles.
"Can't you just spoil me? Affection is the best medicine when we get sick." She asks.
"Did your grandma say that or did you just make it up?" Xiao Zhan smiles.
With his help, she sits up and drinks all the tea. Shen Yue stares at him for a moment and he understands her questioning look.
"Yue, I'm so sorry" he begins, "your parents called me and I couldn't disagree with them."
"What will we do now? You can't pretend to be my boyfriend forever and..."
"I will do whatever is necessary for you and your career. This was my fault, I shouldn't have made up this story and for that, I'll do my best not to harm you", Xiao Zhan says fondly and hands her the box of chocolates.
"Cough-cough...Cough-cough..." Shen Yue suddenly starts coughing.
"Take it!" The producer hands her the scarf.
"You cannot stop your life for me. We have to tell the truth" she says firmly.
He approaches her.
"And are you ready to marry the man your father chooses?" Xiao Zhan teases her.
"Tsk! Don't laugh" Shen Yue orders.
"Let's take care of this flu first and then we'll talk about it" he walks to the door, "Dee Shu called to say that on December 9th we have to go back to Shanghai for the Christmas commercial shoot."
Shen Yue widens her eyes in surprise, "Which company will be responsible for recording the commercial?"
"W2LK, Wu Lei chose the place," he explains. "Now it's 7 o'clock in the morning, I'll pick you up at 11 o'clock. Sleep a little longer."
Shen Yue smiles at Xiao Zhan and watches him go. Her heart beats happily knowing that another project will be carried out by Wang He Di's company.
At the hotel reception, Wang He Di sees Xiao Zhan talking to the receptionist. He is surprised to see him in Wuxi and notes that he is happier than the last time they saw each other in Shanghai. Curious, he decides to approach him, "Xiao Zhan, what a surprise to find you here!"
The two men greet each other with a friendly handshake.
"Yue and I are staying here," he replies.
"Shen Yue?! Are you together?" Wang He Di asks in bewilderment.
"I spent the night taking care of her. Yue doesn't feel well. Are you going to stay at this hotel too?" he asks.
Wang He Di is not comfortable hearing Xiao Zhan's words, but he covers it up, "I came to book the hotel for a photo shoot," he lies.
