After 4 days of Melissa recovery, she has finally awake but she didn't know that she was asleep for so long, when Qing heard, he came to see Melissa and saw something he shouldn't have seen, he saw nine was in his wolf form, try cuddles with Melissa. But he was in a bit bad mood lately, so he decided to break the mood.

Qing asked "Melissa? I see you're having fun there."
Melissa shoved nine and blushed "AGH! Yes?! Oh, Qing, yuri you're here?"
Yuri asked "what's that wolf?"

Qing thought speeches 'Melissa, you know you bad at lying right?'

Melissa was trying to explain but she think that nine was the one who bit her, everyone was silent, Qing desperate trying to calm them down by take a deep breath first and then they have finally calm down for a while, she wants nine go out first so she could get treated, Qing was staying just in case. All he saw was Melissa was holding Yuri hands but she looked like she was trying to hide her pain expression but fail in Qing eyes. He was relived that Melissa was recovered, she then asked them how did Yuri get caught by the bandit, Qing knew the reason since yuri had told him before, it was because she was trying escape from his brother Ian, he felts embarrassed after yuri had told him the reason. Then out of nowhere, there's someone who shout out to yuri to open the window. She sighed angrily but was seen by Melissa, so she tried to act normal, when she open the window, Qing and Melissa went sneak a peek to see who it was.

A green haired man shout out happily "Yuri! You've finally come out! Ahaha. Even your surprised face is cute. Yuri would you please listen to my love song?"
Qing whisper "peacock melody? What's he doing here?"
Melissa whisper "I think you and I both know why he's doing here."

The one who presenting her gift of love is called peacock melody, the last male lead and he's the handsome owner of the empire's largest company 'the peacock', and he's filthy rich, he had the most eccentric characteristic amongst the four male leads, and was everyone's favorite character, well except for Qing, he does not like this male lead even a bit, even if he was reborn into this world. Melissa didn't understand at first but now she know why Qing hate him,

Yuri trying to refuse "sir melody, I heard jewel roses are luxury items that only produced in mitte. I appreciate the thought, but I can't accept such an expensive gift."
Peacock reply "please don't decline it, Yuri. For me, buying something like this is no big deal."
Melissa thought speechless 'and just like that, the novel last chance at romance fell straight to the bin, no wonder Qing hates him, I could finally understand him now.'

Melissa and Qing applaud for her patience, because they would have beat the heck out him. Yuri made a wise decision, Melissa and Qing was the first to reflect when yuri was saying something disrespected to him, they stop her from saying those words because Qing had quickly shut her mouths with a hug. Yuri was blushing hard when he is hugging her, Melissa would tease them but now is not the time.
The reason why yuri can't act recklessly in front of peacock is because he may look kind and friendly on the outside, but in reality, he's the most rotten,abusive obsessive, and twisted yandere character.

Peacock asked "hm~? Speaking of which, is it you, prince Qing? I wonder what your relationship with yuri? And who is that noble with you as well?"
Peacock said "ah~ I see, you want yuri to be your princess or fiancée? Even thought you already someone with you, oh gosh Yuri, your beauty must be a sin."
Peacock said darkly "if only you'd come to me, I'd keep you safe."

Melissa then introduce herself in Pokémon style, and made Qing and yuri laugh. Peacock was wondering who's that crazy lady or something, but then Melissa said something that made Qing shock in betrayal.

Melissa shouted "and don't mess with Qing because he is the future husband of yuri!"
Qing shouted "woah hold on there Melissa what are you saying?"
Melissa whisper "I know that reckless, but hey at least he know that yuri is 'taken'."
Qing whisper shout "that not helping at all! We are just friend,"

He was about saying something more but he stopped when Melissa was looking at him seriously, he then look at the peacock and know that she couldn't be with any male lead because those people are not worthy of yuri love at all! He could understand a bit of Melissa meaning saying these, the least of the reincarnation people who want be friend with her can do? Is to break those chain of her wrist and free her!

Melissa stood up to him and said confidence "me and Qing will be protecting miss Yuri from now on. We won't let a rude guy like you approach her!"
Peacock asked nervously "haha...Yuri? What's this girl saying?"
Yuri stutter while smiling "pfft...! Wh-who knows...? I'm not sure either..."
Melissa said confidence "now, stop harassing miss Yuri and get lost. Of course, if you want to fight me, then schedule an appointment before you come."

Qing and Melissa can clearly hearing peacock was swearing the heck out of it. And yuri was laughing hard as well. And nine was back to his human form but he dash before anyone can say something, Qing guess that he saw what was happening but got the wrong idea. He almost forget the reason he came here, he asked Melissa to talked to him personally alone. Melissa knew something is wrong since Qing was looking down while talking to her, it's sign of serious for the both of them. They came outside making sure nobody hear them.

Melissa asked first "okay, first tell me what's wrong? You don't usually this down,"
Qing confessed "well... let's just say our doctor who delivered our birth made a mistake, he said Ian was born by 10 second before me,but actually that was me."
Melissa in shock "WHAT! Then that means your the real firstborn? Your the one who supposed to be...the crown prince..."
Qing said "yes, I did not know this until the butler of mine came to me said that the baby who born first had a mole on the right side of the neck, and I was the one who have that mole. So it makes more sense to me, I would rather not be a royalty, I  would want to be something else,"
Melissa asked "wait does anyone else know about this?"
Qing shake his head,
Melissa suggested "then what do you say we keep this our little secret so nobody need to know this."
Qing agree "yes, I would like that, thank you Melissa you're good friend."
Melissa hugged him too "I'm just trying to learn the way of you calming down dude."

They laugh and decided to keep this secret, so no one needs to know all this.
