Seeing Rosalie again brought my spirt up. She had her hair pulled back in a bun and wore jeans with a simple cream top that hugged her waist. I thought she would be excited to see me but it seems as if she was irritated by my presence. 

I left the tent and now was warming up with my team. The camera men were setting up and Lucas came over and sat besides me on the bench 

"I heard we're doing interviews after practice" he said with a grin. 

"Interviews?" I questioned and he nodded his head

"Si, coach told me Neymar, richarlison, Vinius and you are the first to go today" he said as he started to focus on the game happening on the field. Doing an interview with Rosalie sounded like fun, I wanted to speak to her again and regretted not getting her number that night after dinner.

Lucas started yelling "yellow card! You cant do that" to our teammates and ran on the field. 

I stayed on the bench lost in thought. Rosalie was hard to read one minute we are laughing together and the next she acts as if my touch is the plague. I can't lie and say that the time we spent together doesn't make me feel something. 

"Souza! Get on the field, we're starting" Antony yelled causing me to get up and leave the bench. From my peripheral vision I saw Rosalie walk out the tent and watch me on the field. Sending me mixed signals again I pushed all thoughts of her to back of my brain and focused on the ball.

3 hours later...

We ended practice and I jogged to the benches where Rosalie and her camera crew were talking. Grabbing my water I took a gulp watching Rosalie order the men around. 

She looked up at me and said something to the man I remember named Steve before walking towards me. 

"You are scheduled to conduct an interview in 20 minutes over at the tent" she said in her professional voice. I liked watching her work because I could see how passionate she was about her job, it was nice to see her in a different element. 

"Are you listening to me Mateo" she asked as she crossed her hands over her chest.

"Yes, i'll meet you in 20 minutes" I  said and walked to the locker room to change out of my cleats 

I sat down and took my cleats off. I didn't know what to expect for this interview, Rosalie wasn't the easiest to read but being in her presence was enough for me. 

I decided I would be early and hurried to the the tent. The sun was starting to set as I walked outside. Moving closer I spotted Rosalie sitting in a chair. She looked stressed and I walked to the side of her so she would notice me.

"Oh, Mateo you're early" she said startled by my presence 

"Yea... I came to see if you needed any help" I said nervously. Whenever i'm around her I always say something stupid. 

"Your kindness is nice but i'm good. Just taking a moment to think" she said leaning back in her chair. Anyone could sense something was wrong and though I said I wouldn't talk I couldn't help myself but snoop. 

"Not offense but you're a terrible liar sweetheart" I slowly said looking directly at her. She opened her mouth to speak but closed it before replying to me.

"My mom always tells me it's better to let things out than keep them in. I'm open ears if you want-" 

"Mateo its been a long day and as I do appreciate your concern, I don't have time to play games" she strictly said looking at me with a frown.

"Games? What games have I been playing Rosalie" I asked out of frustration. She was beginning to irritate me with this attitude.

"Don't play dumb. This thing we have going on between us, it needs to stop" she said aggressively. I was about to respond but Vinicius and Richarlison walked in feeling the tension.

"tudo bom?" Vinicius asked in a semi-serious tone

I nodded at him as Rosalie walked around to show them where to sit. Her entire demeanor changed and  I was growing tired of her attidude towards me. 

I came to offer help and she subjects me to having ultermotives. I don't understand this women at all. I took a seat next to Richarlison and kept a sharp glare at Rosalie. I didn't like the disrespect and I was ready to leave. 

Neymar joined us and we all sat down in front of the camera as the rest of the crew came in and started the recording.
