I'm curious as to where MeMe went. She just texted me and told me what she had to tell me. It kinda threw me off. One minute she wants a relationship...and then she doesn't. August said I'm "fuckin' with her mind". Nooooo. I'm not. Now...I can fuck with her mind and say all kinds of shit that will make her get with me. But she's my friend, technically anyways. I wouldn't do shit like that to anybody anyways. I'm not a mean person like that. It's just weird how she disappeard without anyone knowing. Like...when did she plan this? Cuz...tha way she left was too easy...

Mariah POV:

Ya know. I decided ta keep my phone on. I should at least do dat much considerin' I left without basically sayin' shit ta anybody. Right na...I'm juss walkin' on tha beach. And I'm glad nobody else is hea'. While I'm in my thoughts, my phone rings. I take it out my pocket and it's my mama FaceTimin' me. I sit on tha sand and answer

*FaceTime starts*

Me: "Hey ma"

Selena: "Hey hon. Ya know what I did?"

Me: "What?"

Selena: "I came to Atlanta to see you, Aug, and my grandbabies. When I get here...I only see four out of five..."

Me: "Yeahhh. Bout dat, ma. Umm...I won't be home fa a few weeks"

Selena: "A few weeks?"

Me: "Yea..."

Selena: "So a month?"

Me: "Yea..."

Selena: "Where are you?"

Me: "....Ummmm. I can't tell you dat..."

Selena: "And why not?"

Me: "Cuz Ion want chu comin' ta where I'm at tryin' ta comfort me. I want ta be alone..."

Selena: "That's not a good thing ya know..."

Me: "Well different people have different ways of dealin' wit stuff, ma"

Selena: "This makes things worse..."

Me: "Not fa me. Dis relaxes me. Dis enviornment relaxes me. Don't get me wrong. I miss dem a lot and its only been three days. But dey get why I'm hea'. And don't ask tha kids cuz I tol'em not ta tell. I juss want my sanity. What's wrong wit dat?"

Selena: "Nothing. Except the fact that you left your family..."

Me: "Did you call ta piss me off?"

Selena: "No. I called to fugure out where you went. But clearly you won't say nothing..."

Me: "Nope..."

Selena: "Well I give up. Love you, mija"

Me: "Love you, too ma"

*FaceTime ends*

I'm finna go ta sleep. Dey have ta undastand...I'm doin' dis fa myself. I needed ta get away a long time ago. I neva did it cuz Aug and I had a fucked up relationship and as you saw...it got worse. So dis space is needed. Trust me...I know what I'm doin'...

Yozelin POV:

Soooo its been a minute since we all seen MeMe. We don't know if she's in outer space looking for a moon rock. Orrrr...if she vanished into the dark shadows of dispair. It was POOF! Where she go? It's like somebody used some Mariah Be Gone spray or something. But she did make it clear that if we fuck up...we gone. Point blank. So she has her daughter, Nevaeh, come and check the store. She's exactly like her mama. So we don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing. I just hope she not crazy like her mama. Mariah is a lil scary...

August POV:

Me: "What did she tell you?"

Selena: "Nada..."

Me: "Damn. I thought she would at least tell you..."

Selena: "Maybe she does need this alone time. This month will probably be good for her. She'll probably come back happier. She does have a small issue with depression"

Me: "What do you mean by dat?"

Selena: "Even though I was never phiscally there for Mariah...I would as about her. After her grandpa died that's when it started. When her grandma died. She went into depression again. But Mariah bring Mariah, she gets over it. Yea she seems happy all the time. But if you really watch her while she not the happy, energized Mariah...she is a little depressed. And she acts out not caring about how you feel. And just to find happiness..."

Me: "Dat explains a lot..."

Selena: "Yeahhh. But just let her mind breath. She'll be fine when she comes back. Trust me..."

She went upstairs and I look at tha picture beside me dat on tha table. She's happy. It shows in ha eyes, smile. Juss ha face period. I want dat Mariah back. So if dis is what she needs then let ha get ha mind right. If she's still tha way she is na...then we're screwed...
