I was just sitting and reading some report, when I heard a knock and the door opened by Nick he have this crazy smile on his face.
"Let go you promised to accompany me today", Nick said as he entre my room and sat on the bed.
"Well, can you enlighten me where are we going for this adventure now", I asked him with a suspicious face.
"We are not going for any illegal work if that's you are afraid of, And for your information our lovely brother is police chief so no more junk you know." He said with a sad face and a frown which was totally fake.
"Okay drama queen, Let me change first I'll meet you outside in two minutes, Now shoo go and wait", I said to him, he look quiet offended by this.
"You are kicking me out of my house grace", he said with his mouth open.
"yes Nicky, no go ", I said to him as he stomp his feet's and moved out of the room.
I got ready and took my phone and sunglasses with me. Putting all the stuff aside and met with Nick outside it was quiet sunny outside and very bright day.
"Lets go", I said to him as I saw him standing under the tree.
"Finally what took you so long, I thought I might be getting old while waiting you know.", Nick said to me with a teasing smile.
"Do you want me to come with you or not Nick ", I asked him with my eyebrow raised.
"Lets go then we need to be back soon, If we want to leave today itself, I heard about a storm coming this way", Nick said to me as we start walking towards wherever he was taking me.
We were walking for 10 mi until Nick stop in front of a café. Blossoms café and home goods was written on the a beautiful marshmallow color board, it look quiet beautiful and girly. But the display is really beautifully arranged , like some professional did it.

As we walk inside the bell on the door ring signaling our arrival. A lady who was working behind the corner turned towards us with a smile which grow as she see Nick. And walk towards us from behind the corners.
"Oh my Nick Good to see you could finally come and see this little women", she pulled him into a hug. Now as I look at her properly she is around Lisa's age maybe a bit older. She looks quiet familiar but I have never met her before.
"Hey Emily, I want some of your famous brownie", Nick said with a childish smile on his face.
"Of course I have, now go take a sit", She said to him, her eyes finally found me standing behind Nick. " Who is this beauty with you, your girlfriend", she said to nick at which we both were shock but before we could say anything she continued "Nick White are you hiding her from me, this is very careless of you young men and their will be no more brownies for you", she scolded him and as she said said about brownies Nicks eyes got widen like big saucers.
"Noooo, Emily she is grace my sister I know you have not met her before but she is our sister, and now I think brownies are back for me", he said with puppy face and tried to look innocent.
Emily laughed at him and so did I Now his face was really funny to look at, we hear someone came from the kitchen, as they cleared their throat and we all look who was their standing. Chase was standing their with a smirk on his face.
"So you are the infamous Grace, I'm Emily its so good to meet you", she said to me as she pulled me into a hug. " Lisa have spoken so much about you and I feel like I have known you from years." She said with a smile.
"Its nice to meet you to Emily", I said to her as I look at Nick he was also smiling but he know what I was
"Okay, Emily I bought Grace here with me so she can taste your brownies while they are still warm and fresh", Nick said to her saving me from all the awkward talk. You see I'm not good at talking unless its business or family. I need to know people how they act and talk before interacting with them.
"Really, both of you sit down I'll bring you couple of brownies and you are lucky I got some ready just fifteen minutes ago", Emily said as she rush back in kitchen.
Nick and I sat by the window and it has an amazing view you, from here you can see the park where kids are playing, ladies are enjoying some time together. Some people walking around enjoying the sunny day. But the best part was this window was under the shade of huge tree right next to the shop. I'm not good with botany so I don't know its name, But the way wind was blowing and moving the leaves creating a beautiful light effect inside the café.
"Here are your brownies and our famous hazelnut latte", Emily said as she kept two plates and two mugs in front of us.
"Thank you Emily, Grace eat them while the are warm. They taste like heaven", Nick said to me as he picked a brownie and started eating .
Brownies look really delicious with chocolate sauce drizzled on top of them with a scope of ice-cream on top with some crushed walnuts and the latte smell so delicious.
I picked up the spoon and cut a small piece of brownie and put in my mouth and it was delicious, it got so many flavors the chocolate sauce is perfect and rich in flavor you know some stores have sugar mixed sauces which taste really bad, but this one is fine and delicious.
"Do you guys make this sauce here as well?", I asked Emily at this she smiled.
"Yes dear, we make everything here except for this ice-cream we get this from someone else" She said to me.
I smiled at her and took a sip of my latte, it was really delicious too.
"These are really delicious Emily", I said to her.
"Well you can eat as much as you like Grace", She said to me and was about to talk more but a customer came in and she move to attend that customer.
