Y/N POV

"Wow, this place would be perfect!" I called out as I walked through the house.

The current tenants had tidied up everything nicely, leaving the house presentable for the inspection.

"Yeah, I thought it might be good for you guys." Jisoo replied, walking behind me as she inspected the walls and paint.

I couldn't believe my luck was finally turning around. I could move into a newer house for half the rent, AND live next to one of my good friends!

"This other couple expressed interest as well, but I told my agent to hold off on it until we confirm with you." She said as she frowned at a small dent in the wall.

"Jisoo I love you!" I couldn't contain my excitement anymore and crushed her into a tight hug.

Jisoo could do nothing but groan in protest at the sudden action, mumbling out "okay"s and "I love you too" as I swung her around.

Once I was happy enough with my hug, I finally placed her back down on the ground. My nose crinkled as the smell from her clothes attacked my nostrils.

"You stink like a hospital" I held my nose for emphasis.

"Wow, what happened to loving me?" Jisoo whacked my arm.
"And technically there is a hospital at the vet so obviously I smell like a hospital."

We continued to pick on each other as we walked through the rest of the house. The longer I spent here, the easier it was to picture our family living here.

Family.

Is that what we were now? The 8 of us together? But technically I hadn't adopted 4 of them, they were just kind of hanging out at my house. One of them even belonged to someone else. Would my pack even want us all to stay together? I knew at least Jimin did.

"Now you have no excuse not to visit me, right? Oh! We can have play dates with all our hybrids too! Lisa could come as well, there's a nice park near here!" Jisoo rambled as she led me back to the living room.

"You still just have one hybrid right?" I asked her, honestly not being able to remember if she had adopted any more.

"Yeah, he loves being an only child. With everything he's been through he deserves to be spoiled, you know?"

"Yeah, I know. I feel like that with Jungkook. I just want to spoil him and let him have whatever he wants. But then I feel bad for my own pack too..." I trailed off.

"Do you think you'll adopt them?" Jisoo asked curiously.

"I..." Would I? "I think I want to, but I just don't know with my pack and all..."

"Oh well, if you move in here, you'll at least have cheaper rent. Regardless of if you keep the others!"

I couldn't believe how much things were turning around now. Jisoo truly was a good friend, she had offered to bring me along to the house inspection literally the day after she texted me about the place, coming straight after work. It all just felt surreal.

"You really are the best" I gave her a genuine smile, and hugged her once more.

"Hey guys, I'm back!" I shuffled into the house awkwardly while holding two large bags of vegetables.

I was a little surprised that Jimin hadn't opened the door as usual, but I quickly spotted him outside mucking around with Jungkook and Taehyung.

"Oh, you're back! How'd it go?" Hobi quickly came up and grabbed one of the bags.
