"Bye mummy!" I say as I runs up and gives my mum a big squeeze "bye tiff, she you in a few hours! Have fun now!" My mum reaches down and gives me a big kiss on the cheek and waves goodbye as I walk into Kindergarden.
"Alright children, order all of yourself into a circle and we will play a little game!"
All the kids cheered as they all ordered them selfs into a circle, I was a lonely girl not any friends, but I liked it that way.
I got into the circle sitting down next to the teacher.
"Alright then kids! All sitting down?"
"YES MRS CLARK" the class chorused
so the game we are going to pla..." As she said this a boy came in with blonde scruffy hair
"oh hello thomas!" She said cheerfully as she stood up to have a word to his mum
"sorry we're late, had a bit of a rush dropping my husband of at work, his car broke down" I could make out bits of the conversation and then Mrs Clark came back and sat next to me "thomas, come sit next to Tiffany here"
she said pointing at me showing him where to sit.
"Hi" I said smiling at him, he looked at me
"hi" he said back studying me and the reply not as friendly as i hoped it would be
"So thomas we were about to play a game! Have you heard of duck, duck, goose?" Thomas nodded at her
"good! Who would like to start?" She asked smiling. Lots of the kids raised their hand,
"hmm... How about Tiffany?" I looked up from my hands as I was fiddling with them
"umm... Okay" I said shyly standing up, I started to walk around the circle tapping all of the heads
"duck, duck, duck,duck" until I finally got round to the person I wanted to pick
"GOOSE!" I yelled as I tapped Thomas on the head and started running, then I stopped as I realised he was still sitting there, staring at me
"Thomas?" Mrs Clark said confused about what he was doing! That's the last time I ever do something like this I thought to myself
"Tiffany do you want to start again?" Mrs Clark asked I shook my head and went to sit back down in my seat
"you sure? Okay then!" She chose someone else to start as I tried to ask Thomas why he just sat there
"umm, I'm Tiffany" I said to him smiling "Thomas..." He said looking at me like I was crazy
"why did you not run after me?" I asked
"I didn't want to" he replied, I just decided to give up on him he was no use talking to anyway.
"How was school today tiff?" My mum asked as she came to pick me up
"okay" I replied "just okay?" She questioned me and I replied with a simple nod.
